Food was pretty good. Not bad. But nothing special. Atmosphere is nice but the tables are a little too close together so it’s a little uncomfortable. Overall not a bad place to go for lunch.

I’m really disappointed with our experience here on Mother’s Day. I brought my mom out to celebrate, and she wasn’t even able to eat because the restaurant refused to remove onions and tomatoes from her omelet, even after we explained that she’s allergic. We were told that because it was Mother’s Day, no customizations could be made. I understand restaurants can be busy on holidays, but food allergies should still be taken seriously. It was upsetting to feel like there was no care or concern shown, especially on a day that was supposed to be special for my mom. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined our meal.

Don't waste your time. Not when there are so many good options in Dallas. Went on Mothers Day, and I'll give them a break to an extent, but come on...you don't lead with a message to your guests of "sorry, no substitutions or changes today" from the kitchen. My daughter wanted a plain cheeseburger (not available on menu) and so I asked for the Sunrise burger and said put the egg and bacon on the side (thinking I would eat it, if i was going to pay for it.) Server said she could not do that. I said well I want a plain cheeseburger but don't want to pay for the extras. She said, yes I can get you a plain cheeseburger, but then she kept asking me if I wanted to order an egg on the side?! What? She didn't get it. That was the first red flag and it was downhill from there. We were ASKED if we wanted water, after they deliver empty glasses to the table. Um, yes...all restaurants serve water. (It was unfiltered tap water by the way. So bad.) Then comes weak, barely warm coffee. No fresh half-n-half. No stevia. Food arrives: my eggs benedict had a nasty grilled avocado on the side and was brown on the inside. My husband's egg sandwich had cold edges and toast was well...not toasted. My poached eggs were slightly undercooked and could see egg white. No seasoning and hollandaise had no flavor. Very boring. Had to pour salt on it to make it all edible. Didn't bother asking my kids if they liked theirs, because I didn't want to spoil the mood any further. Environment: really sad. Threw on some paint on the walls with tacky fake flowers, and light fixtures overhead still had the warning tags on the cords. We will not be back. Go anywhere else for brunch. Oh, one good thing: they honored our reservation even when 10 minutes late. We appreciated that.

Service was a little confusing about our order or just in a rush not sure. Food was great and the drinks as well

I love this place! If you’re looking for great ambiance, food, and customer service, this is it! Lamp chops with waffles are fantastic, Bagel Lox is great and the PB&J crunch is my new favorite. Shout out to Juan and Angie. Juan is an incredible bartender and trainer of the staff. Angie is attentive and friendly. You can’t go wrong coming to 360.
