Highly recommend Academy. They made it to check on my furnace at the end of the day on a Friday going unto a cold weather advisory and snow storm. Unfortunately, I needed extensive work and they couldn't get me running, but they had my new furnace going in the following Monday and hot water heater on Tuesday. My older home needed some upgrades, but they took care of everything seamlessly. They were communicative, prompt and professional. I didn't have to wonder who was coming or when with the frequent text updates. Also, and to me this is huge, I promptly got a REAL PERSON when I called. Not a bot or AI. She listened to what was going on and sent out a knowledgeable tech.

My technician John W. was friendly, he answered our questions, he was attentive we called him out for an estimate, my heater was not turning on and he arrived with 3 hours after I placed the call. He came equipped and he was focused. He made us feel comfortable having him in our home. He informed us of the issue explained what the problem was and gave us a breakdown on price. Although we could not fix the issue immediately, we hope to be able to call back in the future and would love to have him as a technician again. Also the price to have a tech to come out to look at the issue was as expected.

Zack Russell efficiently installed a replacement lamp for an air purifier. He came prepared with all the tools he needed, he wore shoe protectors to keep our floors clean, and was professional in his conduct. We appreciate Zack with his knowledge and abilities. We rely on Academy Air to keep our furnace and air conditioning maintained and running. The service is great, but the cost for parts is very expensive.

Today the team was here doing the electrical work to get my generator installed. Jake, Anthony and David were great! Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone answered all my questions and kept me informed. I couldn’t be more pleased. They were so polite and friendly and helpful. Very professional. Five stars!

The quote experience: The comfort specialist (sales and research) who came through and inspected a 900 sq ft condo. Great finance options. The price was slightly higher than expected, however the turn out was a top tier mid range unit. I did not want a basic model and they provided a satisfactory quote that wasn't to far from other companies....and Siri AI information. Installing experience: Was a breeze! Replaced on old 1990s AC and 2000s Heater unit. My old unit was a total Frankenstein job in a 1967 built condo. The guys installed a very advanced total HVAC system. A much overkill model that I wanted for the job. Everyone was very professional, very nice and did not care I interrupted thier work with a 1000 new questions. Took 7 hours to break down the old unit and install everything new, including a new compressor outside. Very satisfied with the install process and product value. Things to consider: 1) verify all your model numbers, make sure your getting the unit or better model you agreed upon, including thermometer. Before quote and after installation. If something doesn't match, mention it right away. 2) yes, negotiate. They do have room to quote lower or offer better models for the value. A better model saves you money in the long run and they make slight more income. 3) my sale and installing process only took 2 days! Very quick. Plan accordingly to time of year and sales. Yes the have an off season im sure. Overall: sales quote, and installation great!
