I have lived at 21 for 11 years. It’s a wonderful place to live in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Texas! The staff are kind, attentive and work very hard to keep our home a great place to live! Action Management is the positive change we needed, thanks to our GM, Niki!! She and her team are fantastic! Kendall at the front desk is the best we’ve had in a long time! He and others are the face at 21, and they are all(valet, cleaning crew and maintenance teams) appreciated!!
We've had a number management teams in the last few years. Niki and her team at Action have invested more time and effort than any of their predecessors. Their attention to detail is outstanding; Niki and her team are proactive in managing the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds. Community updates are always provided in a timely manner. The major projects that are in progress are being managed professionally by Niki and her team with timely communication on the status. I (and no doubt) many other residents are grateful for their contribution. As an owner, I look forward to more of the same.
Action Management created a level of professionalism and Customer Service we needed. Matthew promised to take a detailed look into our operation, systems, and procedures…and lead us to improvement. Niki and Christine absolutely delivered. Niki and her team show great care for our residents, but also find ways to improve the building. Action’s team revamped our public areas to be more welcoming and just look so much better. Niki also runs the “back office” side of the HOA very professionally. Budgeting and accounting functions run smoothly and she is keenly aware of costs and always looks for potential savings.
