In some ways, The Admiral Room speaks for itself. All you have to do is walk into the room to know that you are in Buffalo’s most beautiful venue. But beyond the marble, windows and chandeliers, is an exceptional team of professionals who clearly love what they do – and they do it really, really well. Our first meeting with Cyndi was a pleasure and she immediately helped link us with a coordinator to help us plan every detail of our day. Chef Tommy curated a perfect menu and accommodated every dietary accommodation that was requested. In the weeks leading up to our day, Josh and Kate were in touch and mindful of every detail we couldn’t imagine. The day of our wedding, the entire team was fantastic; every person on staff was excited, attentive and friendly. Dinner and bar service for nearly 300 guests was a breeze. Hands down, the team at The Admiral Room is simply the best.
The Admiral Room has this incredible energy!! It is one of those spaces that feels grand the moment you walk in but somehow still warm and personal once the day begins. Every time I’ve photographed a wedding here, it’s been filled with emotion.. laughter echoing through the room, happy tears during toasts, and that buzz of excitement that seems to hang in the air all night. The team is always so kind and professional, and they make the day flow seamlessly for both couples and vendors. It’s a space where every celebration truly feels one-of-a-kind, and the way it photographs is just magic because of the people and emotions it holds. We got married at The Admiral Room in July 2025, and it was truly the best day ever! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. Josh, Kate, and Cyndi were absolutely incredible—so organized, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process and on the big day. The food was outstanding (as always!), and we still have guests telling us how much they loved it. Stacey, the bartender, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had what they needed all night long. They even set up our dessert display, and it was pure perfection—exactly how I envisioned it. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this venue and the amazing people who work here. If you’re considering The Admiral Room for your wedding or event, do it! You will not be disappointed.
We and all of our guest cannot stop raving about our experience at the Admiral Room! We planned our wedding in 6 months and Kate, Josh, and Cyndi worked with us every step of the way and made the day run so smoothly! They answered all our silly questions throughout the process and were always willing to help out in any way possible! My husband is originally from Bosnia and we had some cultural aspects that we wanted to add to the wedding. Kate and Josh went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed. The Admiral Room speaks for itself, so grand and elegant! All of our guest were amazed with the food and experience, especially the attentiveness of the staff! We had our wedding there on a Friday and it ended up being the best day! We were able to celebrate the whole weekend and everyone had an extra day to travel back! AND because it was on a Friday and since there were no events the night before we were able to rehearse on Thursday and see it mostly set up the night before (added bonus). The whole staff at The Admiral Room made our wedding dreams come true and I cannot give them enough praise! Makes me and my husband want to get married again just to have another party there!
Our experience at The Admiral Room was nothing short of amazing! Cindy, Josh, and Kate went above and beyond to make our wedding reception truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, they were professional, accommodating, and incredibly kind. One of our tastings didn’t go exactly how we envisioned, and when we shared our feedback, they handled it with such grace and professionalism. They immediately scheduled another tasting to ensure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated. The food at the wedding was absolutely spectacular. My friends and family—many of whom traveled from out of town—kept telling me it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! The quality and presentation were top-notch, and it really elevated the entire event. One of the most special moments of the night was when Josh sang our last dance song. His voice is truly magical—when I first heard him sing, it brought me to tears. His opera voice was breathtaking and added an emotional, unforgettable touch to our celebration. I’ll always be grateful for him making our last dance so incredibly special. Josh also made the entire process of dropping off decor a breeze. He was so sweet, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I can't thank him and the team enough for working with my vision and helping to bring it to life with such talent and care. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous. The architecture, the stunning marble, and the open one-room concept truly sold me on The Admiral Room. It was the perfect setting for our reception, and I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience. If you’re looking for a venue that not only delivers in food and service but also in genuine hospitality and attention to detail, I wholeheartedly recommend The Admiral Room. Cindy, Josh, Kate, and their team made our wedding day unforgettable, and I’m so thankful for their hard work and dedication.
