If I could offer 10 stars, I would! Advantage Roofing recently replaced the roof to my husband’s and my home. This included new decking, new shingles and new vents. Tim Mallory (owner) and the entire team at Advantage Roofing provided professional and knowledgeable service from beginning to end. Scott assessed our needs and gave us an estimate that was fair and competitive. Jonna kept us up to date with scheduling and Jeff informed us throughout the day regarding the installment process itself. When the big day arrived, the roofers arrived on time, were polite and respectful towards us and our property and demonstrated excellent workmanship skills. We loved our beautiful new roof immediately!! But we were disappointed and upset to learn that the venting system we had anticipated was not the one that was installed. Not only did Tim Mallory phone us immediately to address our concern and assure us that our 100% satisfaction was what mattered most, but he came over to explain everything that went into the decision making process regarding the roof vents. It turns out, our very, very old house is structured in a way that prevented the venting system we were hoping for to work. Tim Mallory and Advantage Roofing are comprised of a team of professionals who really care about their clients first and foremost, the products they use, the quality of the workmanship, and every aspect of the service they provide! Well done, Advantage Roofing!! And thank you! We are deeply grateful for your honesty and sincerity and integrity. We are truly thrilled with our new roof!

We learned about Advantage Roofing from my wife's co-worker. I wanted to get several estimates for such a large investment. I was very impressed with Joel who did our assessment and provided the estimate. The estimate was very competitive, but I was more impressed with the team starting with Joel, then once we decided to go with Advantage, Jonna, Tim and the crew have been great they are professional and very efficient. I am very happy with our choice, and our new roof looks great. The follow-up inspection was also a nice touch and look forward to seeing Tim next year when he comes back to make sure all is well. You can't go wrong with Advantage Roofing!

My husband and I recently replaced our roof, using Advantage Roofing. Our experience from the beginning assessment, to scheduling, to the final walk through was exceptional! Everyone was highly professional and very understanding of our extensive situation. Our roof was removed and replaced with appropriate repairs made, all in one day. We highly recommend Advantage Roofing to anyone in the area looking for an outstanding respectable company that puts their customers first.

I will do my best to detail everything I can think of. Hopefully it is of some help and generates business for their local roofing company. How it started: A recent windstorm hit in June 2025. Random roofers were regularly soliciting in our neighborhood after noting missing shingles. They would then always promise a free roof (NEVER believe random solicitors). Feazel stopped at least 3 times, all in violation of local soliciting ordinances. I knew this was going to be pricey. I reached out to Advantage about our missing shingles because they had done several minor repairs over the last decade. They inspected the roof. They never oversold or overpromised. If anything, Advantage's assessment was reasonably cautious. They said I had a good chance of getting partial claim covered (based on the damage and insurance provider we have). They also said the shingle was likely discontinued, and that it might get it fully covered, depending on the policy details. Other roofing estimates all but guaranteed us a free roof out of the gate. I stuck with Joel at Advantage, mostly because a) he didn't overpromise, b) he gave a great presentation of their product, and c) the estimate was comparable to others. Insurance Claim: Joel and Team handled all the insurance claim documentation and even showed up for the insurance inspection. They made the process as simple as possible. We were initially granted a partial claim for the damaged section, just as Joel predicted. Joel then pursued the discontinued shingle angle with our insurance, and we managed to get a second claim approved! Advantage matched the insurance estimate (~$30k for full replacement), and the process of replacement began. The product: The used Certainteed shingles and materials. Based on the research I did online, they are a premium quality manufacturer. Installation: It took ~16 hours for their crew to remove the old roof and install the new one, as it had ~13 roof planes on steep angles. The crew was friendly and respectful. Considering they filled an entire long dumpster with debris, they did a fantastic job with cleanup (don't expect perfection from any roof job cleanup folks, especially if you have a lot of landscaping). They even came out a separate time with magnets to double check our yard for nails. Inspection: They do send someone out for a post-install inspection. I still had some questions after the inspector visited, so they sent out a member of the crew (Manny) to address those concerns. Final Visit: Tim Mallory, the owner, even came out just to get me comfortable with everything, as there is just a lot of roof there (and I am not a roofing expert). He pointed out where the gutter aprons were, explained the situation with drip edges and our custom trim that was already present, and just did a fantastic job of getting me comfortable with the decisions made. Depreciation Recovery: Once everything was completed, Jonna (office manager) sent the required documentation to our insurance agent to get the remaining claim released for payment. One Year Inspection: Advantage will also come out in One Year, free of charge, to insure everything still looks good, which is a nice touch. Overall: I would not hesitate to use their services again. What impressed me most was how they seemed to go out of their way to address any questions/concerns that came up. My wife and I are already discussing replacing the gutters in the rear, as they are badly stained and installed at a greater slope than they should be. Advantage Roofing will definitely be #1 on my call list for future estimates. Unrelated: Safeco, our insurance provider, was both fair and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough!
