do NOT see dr paslin!!!!!!!!! i had the worst experience at this office. all i wanted was a new prescription for my acne cream (tretinoin). my current tube expired months ago. it should’ve been so easy and quick. dr paslin examined my pimples and told me that they should be popped, and proceeded to grab a needle and pop them WITHOUT ASKING FOR CONSENT. i was so shocked i couldn’t even say no. he’s ~80 years old, so they probably didn’t even teach consent when he was in medical school. ALSO, he gave me bad advice like “get some sun, it’s good for acne.” tretinoin makes your skin sensitive to the sun/burning. he did not ask what % strength of tretinoin i use, so he prescribed the wrong dose. i did not remember which % tret at the time, but he could’ve given me options and i prob would’ve remembered. i had to call the office and ask them to change the prescription which they did. then i waited weeks for cvs to fill my prescription. i would call this office every week and they would tell me dr paslin and his nurse aren’t in that day, call another day. ????? can you just check the status for me??? i had to beg and finally learned that the nurse never even submitted my prior authorization! i was waiting weeks FOR NOTHING. she ran into a problem (she had the wrong insurance info) and then never tried to resolve it or ask me for updated info. once she submitted it, my insurance approved it immediately. ALSO, the nurse who saw me before the doctor was rude. no shade to her though bc we all have bad days. cvs still hasn’t filled my prescription. my neighbor happens to have extra tret so she very generously gave me some. tldr do NOT see dr paslin unless like you like old doctors with NO bedside manner and having your time wasted!!!!!

Extraordinarily outdated office that seems to refuse technology lol. Front desk was rude to the point of being funny? Also straight up BLOOD on this machine in the office…

Terrible front desk service. Expect to be treated rudely, within minutes of asking a simple question, I was getting yelled at. Honestly, it seems like it’s time for her to retire and make room for a more professional and respectful individual to take her place.
