We were so disappointed with this company. I made the appointment in November for 1/14/26. We traveled from Colorado for this appointment. We told them in November that we wanted our heater checked and our thermostat changed, since it wasn’t functioning and our house was 50 degrees. The day before the appointment I called to get a time window when we could expect the technician to arrive. They could only tell me 8am-4pm. We woke up and waited and waited. I called in at 10:45 to get a better idea of when they were coming. At that time they told me that one of their employees called out sick and that they would have to reschedule the appointment. At that point we asked to speak to a Supervisor and lodged our complaint. After some time in our explanation, she guaranteed that we would have service today 1/15 and that we would be the first appointment. No one was here at 9am so I called again. The receptionist gave me the same explanation of an employee calling off. I asked to speak to a supervisor again but she couldn’t transfer me and had no phone number to call directly to a supervisor again. At that point I was livid!!! They did send an employee after noon today and when he got here he didn’t have a thermostat, which I originally requested to help me. At that point we cancelled our appointment. I will never do business with them again and nd I hope people reading this review will stay away!!! This was so unprofessional of them!!!

Good quality of work, very pricey, extremely poor scheduling and customer service. I have Albert Nahman install a toilet for me last year. No issues, except they charge $300+ for that job. 4.5 stars. I recently had them quote replacing a tub drain, which was $1700 not including drywall repair 2-4 hour job and $50 of parts). They couldn’t do it same day, so I scheduled it for 1 week later. They sent a plumber the next day when no one was home, even though I said not to schedule it that day. I called the office and talked with the plumber that was on site to let them know that I would like to cancel entirely, and I would call back to reschedule. Two days later, I got another call from a plumber that was at the house when I wasn’t there, beause their office had again scheduled a plumber to come when I had not requested it. Overall, very poor communication between the customer office and actual technicians doing the work which likely adds to their overall costs…making their work expensive. It was also clear that the technicians knew this was an issue because the first plumber who inspected and quoted the job mentioned that I should schedule it directly with him because the office was likely to mess it up. 2 stars

I highly recommend this company. They really know their stuff and made a great recommendation for heating that I could afford. All staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional. And they have great customer service. They answered all my questions and encouraged me to reach out if I ever needed help. Phone calls were always answered or returned promptly. Great job! Love my new wall furnace.

This was my first time using Albert Nahman Plumbing and they were fabulous. The Technician, Christopher was truly an expert. Very knowledgeable and very clean in his work. He completely replaced my kitchen faucet unit and it looks beautiful and works great. He totally went out of his way to buy a new unit and it matched perfectly to the one that had to be replaced. I will be referring my neighbors to this firm and of course Chris. Thank you so much for making this job a complete success.

Sal came a little early but had phoned first to make sure I would be there. We looked at the problem with the stormwater drain in back yard. He gave me an estimate and showed how it was calculated. It was a fair price for the length of my line which was over 100 feet. I approved, he got his water jet tools and started clean where water was running over the gutters at one drain spout. He got that all clean to where one of three lines go into the main line going to the concrete stormwater ditch at the back of the yard. He then cleaned that line. In the process huge amounts of old leaves and extensive amounts of dirt came out. He worked the water jet line back and forth many times to make sure the water was clean. Finally he came back to where he had started and run clean water. It flowed rapidly out into the concrete ditch as a double check. He cleaned everything up on the decks and in the yard, put his tools away and made sure I was happy with the work, which I certainly was. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
