DO NOT HIRE! Services not provided. Unable to follow simple instructions. One of the employees ask could he sell my ice skates that were in the trash on Facebook marketplace not even five minutes into the move. I don't think one box was packed I'm being asked if my items can be sold because he "needed more money". They will ask of they an vape in your home You must watch the workers at all times to ensure task is done as asked. No training on packing the kitchen which was offered as a "complementary service". The final straw is they will not unload properly. The items I needed most were not accessible. Price quoted will change. They quoted $70 for moving supplies then charged $150 the day of. They will not use supplies you provide. Between the 3 workers none had a Sharpie marker to check the location marked on each box. After I supplied a Sharipe no boxes were marked. They do not ensure safety of employees, and do not keep a first aid kit on the moving truck as I was asked for a Band-Aid for a injury most likely an OSHA violation and not a safe working environment for employees. I specifically asked for 12 to 15 small and medium boxes. They brought maybe 3 boxes that were the size I requested. Items that would not even fill a small box were placed in large boxes. I am a disabled veteran and I needed to be sure that the boxes that were packed I could move myself. Large boxes were used and instead of my like items being boxed together in small or medium boxes mini random items were placed into large boxes. Now I have boxes packed full of miscellaneous items which was exactly the one issue I was trying to avoid. Even when clearly asked to place like items together I had liquid placed with my books. Luckily, the liquid stayed in the containers. If not, I would've had a whole box of books ruined from soap, solution. It is very difficult for me to even move the boxes to try to unpack. My clean clothes were removed from the container they were in making them dirty. The worker decided to remove my items and fill the plastic container with random items. My delicate electronics were placed with heavy salt lamps . No professionalism items that were in the trash that I asked not to be moved were packed and moved. You will have heavy items placed on top of delicate items. They will even pack and move trash. The boxes were taped haphazardly. Non food items were packed with spices. all of my dishes were placed on the stove to be packed. None of the dishes were packed. I asked for my hanging clothes to be packed three times. They are still at my apartment complex and not move. I only had about 20 items on hangers. I asked for all my books to be placed in boxes I purchased. I asked for ONLY the books from the garage to be packed. The boxes were not used. The books were packed with garage items like empty boxes and random clutter. So instead of putting only books in the boxes expired soda from 2023 was packed. College kids would do a better job. Do not hire as they have no SOP's ( standard operating procedures) employees will ask to vape in your home and they will complain of how hard they had to work the whole week for my Saturday move. please consider any other company at this point in time unless you have packed all your items marked all your boxes and only need the manual labor of humans to physically move the box. This company does not do packing. This company does not train employees on how to pet this company does not train employees on how to mark the location on the box by simply putting a check or X. I was directed by one of the managers over the phone at time of moving that I need to be packing as well, so I was not watching the workers as I should have been. If you are ready to micromanage your move hire them. If you are prepared to act as a manager without pay as well as train the workers to properly pack, then yes hire this company. I was a fool to expect the minimum packing service of checking the location on the box after giving the worker a Sharpie because they weren't prepared. Don't be a fool.

My crew of 3 was amazing! Evan, Anthony, Blaine moved me in record time and were more than wonderful when it came to socializing with my family who were also there! I absolutely appreciated how efficient and friendly they were and will certainly be using All My Sons again! I could not be happier with how the move went or the professionalism that the movers exemplified. Overall they moved a two bed, three floor townhome in under 4 hours - amazing!

I don’t know why nobody sued them or legally removed them as a business. They are horrible and charges too high for incomplete service. My old and new apartment are both 7 minutes apart. They brought a smaller truck definitely not 26FT on the day of the move. They left plenty of items behind and wanted to charge me for a second crew and second truck. They lost my screws and didn’t assemble my bed or table in the end. Their low ball offers didn’t help at all in the end. The quote sounded reasonable but the actual invoice and everything else was terrible. RUN AWAY !! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They will force you to pay up before they finish the job. Guess what ! They didn’t even complete my job. (9/6/25 NEWARK OH)

We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. We received an over the phone quote of $995. We were not told of any “additional” expenses like $300 for fuel, $209 for travel even though the travel time was included in the total hourly we paid, and $250ish in materials for covering our couches and other large furniture which was REQUIRED. Once everything was packed and moved to the new house we had to pay before they would unload anything and were told to pay over $2400. We do not understand why we were quoted one amount and what we paid was nearly triple. We have tried to call to get an understanding in hopes we could recover some money since they also did not end up using the entire time we even paid for and they refused to give us any money back. Not to mention they broke all of our plates, chipped our fireplace and made huge black marks on our brand new build homes walls that will not come off because it’s flat paint. We paid extra for full coverage insurance and they won’t even compensate for the broken items. We DO NOT recommend this company at all. They were extremely unprofessional and not up front with costs at all.

Jose Pichardo and Team were absolutely Amazing!!! They worked so hard- And stayed upbeat and happy the whole time!! It was 90° outside. I know that it was hot and we had a ton of stuff to move. A LOT of heavy furniture, etc… They were very conscientious of the fact that it was my Mom moving out of the house that she had lived in with my Dad for the last 55 years- and that she was moving because he had passed away. They knew that they were moving her very special things. I cannot thank them enough, and I will absolutely call All My Son’s Moving again!! (And I will definitely request that it’s Jose and the guys that were with him!!) Also- right as they almost finished, it started to downpour… All three were soaking wet because they continued to work in the rain knowing time was money- Both on our end and theirs.
