Charged me $9,000 2 years ago for rodent remediation. They have failed miserably. Every time I go into my attic I see rodent droppings. Lots of it. I call and they schedule someone to come out. At their convenience, not mine. Last time they gave me window of 1 to 5pm. So we wasted the afternoon waiting for the technician. He finally showed up at 5:40. He swept up the poop and put fresh bait in some traps. That was last week and today the attic floor is once again littered with poop. They have not accomplished the task for which I hired them. They have no respect for my time. Use them at your own risk.

Alta is the worst pest control company. They show up without warning. If they do give you a day it’s always without a time frame. We have animals that need to be put away safely before use. We were supposed to get the “ Premium Pest - Outdoor Package and Premium Pest service” which was supposed to be the best but sure isn’t. We have bugs all the time, we also get the yard treated and it does nothing. They always pick the worst days to do it and you’re supposed to be able to skip or reschedule but it is pain. They also offer a redo but we did it one time and the guy was only there maybe 5-10 mins. What did he redo? We signed up for a year and paid ahead of time which I will never do again. Be aware! DO NOT USE THEM.

I had it for a year and was not impressed. They were so triggered (It’s been two weeks since the contract was ended) when I decided not to renew my contract that they tried to send the account into collections. What a joke. I took care of the last payment, and they will never see another red cent from me or anyone I'm associated with

She made a bad situation into a good situation because I actually was calling to cancel out my membership in June, but I might reconsider with having good people like her working for you..
