Nice place but all the employees inside the trampoline seem very young and as if they were there to have fun they are running around with other kids and a young lady named Adaline and this boy kept playing tag with each other i dont get how they are “working” if they acting just like guest. Theres was plenty of kids running around or falling and workers no where to be found because they we racing along them or fooling around.
I had my twins birthday here last year nov 2024 and invited like the grandparents to come and an aunt or uncle and ended up needing a second table, no big deal. I even got a $100 coupon for the party. The hostess was phenomenal! I decided with that experience we would be back the following year. That was yesterday, I upgraded the jump count and removed the slushies, just went with water. Still had $100 discount. I added a few extra pizzas and got drinks, couple icees while we were there. I immediately was like ugh idk if one table is enough, the hostess says well I can add on a table for $50?!?! I had paid for 15 jumpers?!?! How can 15 jumpers sit at one table. Immediately I'm like not happening. I had family again there but mainly all parents had a child jumper. One of my guests overheard the hostess at the counter tell her co worker that I had better not use a second table?!? She mentioned it to me after I told her the situation and she's like oh that was you she was talking about. So she had told us we could use it if other guests weren't using it. There was literally 10 other tables completely empty. Hostess comes back and tells me I can use that table without charging me and I explain it's appreciated but what I don't appreciate if her running her mouth about me at the counter with her coworker and then tell me that she was communicating with him/her. She literally said we can roll back the tapes. Like just apologize and take accountability for your mistake. Why would my guest have a reason to lie when she didn't even know it was about me until I mentioned it. Crazy! Ma'am I ran a business for 12 years. My employee would be reprimanded and sincere apologies to my party who had to witness that. All around unacceptable and I really wish I would have looked at your reviews. Nobody on the staff was friendly. All trash reviews from all recent birthday parties. Has there been a change in management/staff. We will absolutely not be back and you put a bad taste in a lot of parents mouths there last night. After the table conversation I just tried to mend the night but the tension was there the whole time. NEVER AGAIN! My survey I left was pleasant because I wanted my review left where others can see it.
My son had a blast BUT the outside food thing really got me. I paid for the outside food thinking I could bring whatever but nope had to leave the pizza in the car, when they brought me their pizza it was the exact same thing I brought in just triple the price originally. It was papa John’s nothing to write home about. The refused to refund the outside food because of the juice boxes even though I was never made aware that I’d still have to pay 50$ for kids to drink some juice. Half the mats on the trampolines were busted and 2 of the kids at our party fell into the springs and hurt themselves. The staff chased my grandma and her husband down from the trampolines because they didn’t have socks, yelled at them made a whole spectacle about it and made them feel embarrassed. You can get better customer service, more activities and pay less at urban air.
Pretty crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very over priced for everything. With all the different parties going on there isn't anywhere to sit. Pay to jump, pay for socks, and nowhere to sit. Wall of rules that kids don't follow. There were people having a good time,
We had our sons 4th birthday party here and it was a great experience! We rented an extra table, thankfully so because the park was full of parties! We also paid for the outside food fee and we thought it was worth it. We always like to have a lot of food/variety at our parties. We even brought ice cream cups in a cooler! The kids had a great time, our host was very friendly and I would definitely have another birthday party here again.
