Updating my review because management reached out directly and actually followed through. They honored the same deal, got everything delivered and installed, and Reggie was great throughout the process. My original frustration came from poor communication, conflicting timelines, and feeling like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. To their credit, management stepped in, fixed it, and made sure things got handled properly in the end. Still think the process upfront could’ve been smoother, but I can acknowledge when a company makes an effort to correct a situation. Appreciate Reggie and the team for ultimately making it right.

I love my chocolate livingroom furniture and my bed ,This the best furniture I've ever bought When I was there looking at some furniture this very nice elderly woman ,I hate I forgot her name but she helped me out ,she was so sweet and professional. She wanted to.make sure I get what I was looking for.The two guys that delivered my furniture was so sweet and professional as well .Thank you American Furniture Gallery for being so nice to me and helping me to get the furniture that I was looking for
