We purchased a new sectional sofa and selected the hybrid cushions because we liked how much softer that option was versus the foam option. The price was a bit more but the comfort was worth it. After buying the sofa, it began arriving to the store within 3-4 days and we picked it up on the 5th day. After bringing the sofa home we realized one of the sections of the Winston sofa came with the wrong cushions and immediately let the store know. The store manager quickly responded and said they would order the new cushions, this was about a month ago now to correct their mix up. After various phone calls and an email, we still haven’t been notified of the replacements coming in and keep having to retell our story every time we call to get this problem fixed. The sales part of the buying process went well and our salesman was very nice, but getting this issue fixed is making this a headache for no reason. The store has our money so it’s obvious that fixing their error isn’t a priority. This should be an easy fix that I assumed could be corrected within a week since we didn’t do a custom color, but I thought wrong. It’s now been a month, so hopefully this is corrected soon. Sofa is great, customer service and communication has not been great. People get upset when fast food places mix up your items or forget something, but spending $3k on a sofa, you’d hope that the quality control and attention to details to avoid these types of problems would be different, but it’s not. People make errors and I could’ve given a five star review if communication was there to fix this, but I won’t because it has become annoying.

This is how my bed arrived out of the box. Because I did not open until 9 days after receiving (the box was too large & I needed help). American Signature will not return, replace, or warranty. BEWARE

I can't say enough positive things about my experience today at American Signature Millenia. The customer service was exceptional from start to end. This location offers a wide selection of Tempur-Pedic mattresses to rest test and choose from. Miguel was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet my specific needs. Miguel was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Miguel and his manager Terry made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Thanks guys for your assistance guiding me through my first Tempur-Pedic purchase. I highly recommend American Signature Millenia!!!!!
