I’ve never dealt with a clinic that shows this little respect for its patients. I was going every few days for therapy because of real back and shoulder pain. They canceled one of my appointments in the past, and I stayed patient, polite, and didn’t make a single complaint. But when I missed just one appointment by accident, they didn’t just give me a warning or let me reschedule — they wiped out my entire treatment plan within hours. Who does that to a patient in pain? I called immediately to apologize and explain, and they acted like they didn’t care at all. No sympathy, no flexibility, nothing. Just “too bad,” and then they pushed my next appointment for the next month when I had an appointment every 3 days . They just canceled like that !!! Even after explaining how much pain I have and how much I need this therapy! This clinic demands understanding from patients but gives absolutely none back. The double standard is ridiculous. If you’re trusting your health to a place that can drop you this fast over one mistake, think twice. There are clinics that actually care — this one clearly doesn’t.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, and confirmed my insurance. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm and she told me it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes. But when I arrived, they told me I wasn’t on the schedule and that I’d need to contact them the following Monday. I understand mistakes happen, but confirming the appointment the same day and still not having it in the system is unacceptable.

Anaheim Hills Staff are friendly, efficient with the session and know what they are doing to help one improve. The exercises and attentive care I was shown helped to reduce my neck and back pain. They always did their best to accommodate my time schedule or offer an alternative at the Fullerton location. I highly recommend this office.

We went in today for my wife’s initial evaluation. Josh was the PT we worked with. He demonstrated a great understanding of her condition, and developed a treatment plan to get her back to normal use of her shoulder. My wife saw him last year for her knee and he was just as great that time. Can’t recommend him, and the entire staff enough. They’re great.
