I have been getting my hair done with Ashley since February since my previous stylist left and I love my appointments with her. She cuts just the right amount of hair off for my layers and fixes my bang trim up if I ask to go shorter. In June I got a partial highlight with purple hair from her and I only got my hair dyed once before (which was a disaster) and Ashley made sure I was fully comfortable with everything being done to my hair.
I had such a great experience with Ashley! She may be a newer stylist, but you would never know it from the quality of her work. She absolutely nailed my blonde color — it’s bright, dimensional, and exactly what I was hoping for. My cut was exactly what I wanted, looks amazing and is easy to maintain. Everyone at the salon is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The space itself is clean, beautiful, and really relaxing to be in. Ashley is attentive, talented, and truly cares about getting things right. If you’re looking for gorgeous blonding and a great cut, she’s definitely the one to book with! Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Ashley! I came to her after a completely botched dye job that left me devastated and honestly afraid to let anyone else touch my hair. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was calm, comforting, and genuinely listened to every concern I had. She didn’t rush me or dismiss how upset I was—she talked me through what went wrong, what could be done, and what was realistic for my hair’s health. Ashley came up with a thoughtful, personalized plan to not only correct the color but actually restore my hair. She walked me through each step, explained why she was doing it, and made sure I felt confident and cared for throughout the entire process. The transformation she achieved was incredible—not only did she fix the dye disaster, but she brought my hair back to life. I’ve been so happy with every appointment since. My hair looks and feels healthier than it has in years, and I honestly won’t go anywhere else. Ashley has earned my trust 100%, and I’m so grateful I found her!
Had my hair done with Ashley, was told she was a newer hair stylists and their price started at $115. Tell me why a partial highlight with no haircut and a terrible blow dry that frizzed my hair and a 20% discount cost me over $170. On top of that i asked for highlights and instead my hair came out darker than when i went in with my roots grown out. I was going out that night and still had to come home to straighten my hair to get the frizz out and noticed a big ole grey spot that was not covered. I immediately sent a text to Ashley as Ashley was the stylist. They tried to get me back in to get it fixed however, when you go get your hair done it is a process and the dates they had available we not feasible todo me after several times of me explaining I am only available on weekends. I was then scheduled for a Friday am hair appointment about 2 weeks later, which i did not show up for because i was under the impression Ashley understood I was not available during the week. Ashely told me their manager would reach that same day which i did not hear from a manager for several days. While Ashely did not succeed in what seemed to be an easy job i still never bashed her i still even gave her a tip. We finally agreed on me coming in almost a month later which Ashley said the grey spot would be fixed, no highlight just dusted it with color (dark) on top of that she ran the little brush with dark color on the very tip of my roots which looked terrible and more like my highlights had grown out. Again another frizz blow dry and after all of that i still gave her a tip. I get home to again fix and straighten my hair and again that same grey spot was never colored. I let Ashley know and had not heard from her for several days until i had to reach out again. That time Ashely said their manager would call me back by end of day the following day which i had not heard from them until two days later. The manager left a message to again call back to come in again during the week which I’ve said before i could not do. I called the manager back the same day before close of business left a message this was almost 5 days ago and i still have not heard back. I was hoping they would call me as at this point all i want is some type of refund specially the tips i gave which is reasonable but since it was an open line i was trying to be courteous and not leave this on the voice message. Since i had not heard back from the manager i let Ashley know again I’ve not heard back from their manager and at this point i think the best option would be the refund of the tips which Ashley responded with that’s not how they do business the customer is opposed to reach out to the salon for any adjustment and not to the service provider which is odd because that money seems to have been based on a rate by the service provider. I was then told I’ve been reached out to many many times which last time i heard two times was not many many. The first one i came in thinking it was about to be fixed which it wasn’t and the second time when i complained about the second attempt. Asked then told met this working relationship would not work going forward, which is scary to think she actually thought i was going to go back. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but when someone demonstrates unprofessionalism via a text and instead of taking accountability of their mistakes placing the blame on me and basically kicking a customer to the curb is not something i take lightly.
My stylist was Kazlan at the Ananda Salon Chandler location, and she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to listen carefully and truly understand how I wanted my hair, then patiently worked with me to deliver exactly what I envisioned. She also suggested the perfect treatment for my hair, which made a big difference. The prices are very reasonable, and the entire experience was worth every penny. Honestly, she’s the best stylist I’ve ever been to. Thank you, Kazlan!
