As a long time and very active Google reviewer, I do not leave negative feedback lightly. I understand that legal professionals are often busy and managing multiple cases at once. However, my recent experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing and fell far below the level of professionalism I expect. I initially reached out regarding an ongoing legal matter that required careful attention and clear communication. The representative I spoke with engaged in several back and forth exchanges with me, requesting detailed information and documentation. I took the time to gather and provide everything they asked for promptly and thoroughly. After submitting all requested materials, communication abruptly stopped. There was no acknowledgment of receipt, no follow up, and no courtesy response despite multiple attempts to check in. Being completely ignored after investing time and sharing sensitive information is not only frustrating but deeply unprofessional. Legal matters are often stressful and personal. Clients deserve transparency, timely communication, and at minimum the respect of a response, even if the firm decides not to move forward. The lack of basic follow through demonstrated a concerning disregard for client care and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this law firm. Their communication practices were inconsistent, unresponsive, and ultimately dismissive. For anyone dealing with ongoing legal issues, reliability and responsiveness are critical. Unfortunately, this firm did not provide either.

I can’t thank Anderson Injury Lawyers enough for what they did for me after my accident. I was overwhelmed, injured, and didn’t know where to start. Their team took over immediately and removed all the stress from the process. They were compassionate, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Because of them, I was able to focus on healing while they handled everything else. Truly the best experience I could’ve asked for.

Anderson law firm was awesome I hardly had to do anything they found me a chiropractor a block away from my house specialty doctors were awesome everybody was very professional real friendly with me the Anderson law firm staffers very applied very kind they handle everything for me 10 out of 10 they're awesome
