The mechanic was very efficient and knowledgeable and friendly, however he had to change the arrival time twice, I basically was staying home from 12pm to 1/4 to 6. He then fixed the problem in1/2 hr, for which I am thankful and grateful. Thank you Ivan!

No customer service here at all. Avoid hiring this company to work on your appliances. They will take your $140 and leave your issue unresolved. I hired them to fix my dishwasher, which wasn’t draining properly. The technician claimed it was a plumbing issue, which was far-fetched. He removed the hose to drain the water—something I had already done two days before—but didn’t actually fix anything. He told me to call a plumber, so I did. The plumber confirmed the problem was with the dishwasher, not the plumbing. The technician failed to check or clean the air filter, didn’t push out or reset the dishwasher, and didn’t inspect the filters himself. He promised to return if the problem persisted, but when I called to follow up, the company refused, stating, “We only fix appliances.” That’s exactly what I paid for—fixing my dishwasher! This was a poorly done job by someone who didn’t take the time to properly address the issue. Save yourself the money and frustration and stay far away from this company. Not worth it.

They were suppose to call and discuss the repairs needed because it is a rental and still no call from the service guy. They are quick to post invoice and demand payment. I am the landlord and never heard from the tech at the service call. I did not get an invoice or repair statement until 2 days later as to what was wrong and that was prompted by a call from your office to pay. If you say on the phone that the tech will call you onsite and might be able to repair at time of service call they need to be in contact with the owner. Your service call number should not be in charge of the repairs.

Sergei did an excellent job I couldn't have asked for anything better .he was professional, and pleasant to m talk to .he answered and explained everything that we asked of him as well as future service which we plan to have him personally come help us out if he is available. he also was able to fix our stove and will be coming back in a few days to complete it.
