Today's service call was the best ever. Provider was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I've had an indoor fly infestation service previously. Today the service person followed up on situation. Lots of end flys inside treated areas. Outside these are evidence of volts. Removed 2 mosquito traps that had fallen out of trees. Asked questions about treatments not killing neighbor owl population.

We love the Aptive product and the technicians that provide the services, they have excellent training from their manager. We have used Aptive for 8 years and our technician Crystal provides very thorough service to us, we love her! She always contacts me the day she is coming out and asks if there is any problem areas or anything that needs extra attention and then when she is done she will send pictures of everything she did. Love the product and the service from Crystal she is amazing!

Isaiah provided excellent services today. He rang my doorbell before starting and submitted pictures of his completed work. He was efficient and very respectful of my property. I highly recommend Aptive Pest Control for professional services and quality products!

So Grateful & Satisfied!! I want to express my highest gratitude to two particular individuals: First BRADLEY WEISS (our sales representative) who got us all signed up for servicing. Brad was extremely personable & kind...very prepared, knowledgeable about the company & its product/service offers and wasnt pushy AT ALL the way most sales reps can be. Brad was great at connecting with customers while still remaining professional at the same time. When doing an exterior walk around together of our property, Brad identified an issue immediately that my husband & I were mistaking as something else...(we had never even heard of Voles nor the issues they cause until today). Thankfully he was able to educate us in that moment. And even when it seemed as though we might not have been able to afford servicing to remedy our pest issues, Brad went out of his way to assist us so that we were still able to get the servicing we so desperately needed. Brad truly was the best hands down...loved working with him. Secondly, RITCHY RAMIREZ (our servicing technician) was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Ritchy was very kind, personable, extremely thorough with explaining the process & answering questions my husband & I had. He was also great at connecting with customers as we conversed yet still remained professional all at the same time. As Ritchy treated our property, both inside & out he made sure he tended to every area with care. If we had the ability to request technicians for each of our visits, I assure you we would choose Ritchy to be our designated tech every time!! We have been with Aptive for a few months now and I have had nothing but problems. We signed up after a representative came to my door saying they had a cancellation and they could get us started that day for half the price for the initial visit. He said it was a contact but so long as we gave it “a good try” we could cancel without fees. First visit went great, then we had someone come by and they didn’t do the basement, when I asked if they did they said yes, even though my roommates were in the basement the entire time if their visit. I had to call and complain and have someone come out again. Every time they come out they are in and out in under 10 minutes. Now- my 9 month olds room is INFESTED with carpenter ants (that bite), when we have never seen one the entire time we have lived here. We have flies and gnats terrible and they come into the house, and we still have wasps. I called to cancel and they gave me the run around saying that their “product beings the pests out of hiding and then they tackle them based on what we are seeing.” So your product just makes them MORE of a problem?? They pressured me into scheduling a free re-spray until they get in contact with the original guy I signed with. I have never had so many bug problems until I hired them. I’m going to continue fighting them.
