One of the most disrespectful people work in this arcade. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience there. Totally unprofessional, new management needs to be put into place now! Very poor customer service.

Coming to this place was an absolute nightmare. The employee talked down on me and my friends manager did not say nothing to correct such employee neither. Horrible customer service.

I came to this place a few days ago hoping to have a good time but instead I was met with a rude employee. Not sure of her name but the way she handle me and my friends was totally inappropriate. We were talked about to other coworkers when she walked away. We were also made out to be a liars. I refuse to ever come back to that place and spend my money. This was supposed to be a place of fun, instead our day was ruined from this horrible experience.

Spent $20 on a 400 point card for two 4 year olds, their first game was a driving game for 60 points and they both swiped their card twice not realizing they would get charged twice (spending over half the card). I went to the front and explained the situation and they basically said oh well..they paid for turbo speed… also half the place was “VIP”. Wont be back.
