We used Arden for our wedding in August, and they were wonderful to work with! The team was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They helped us create a beautiful tablescape that exceeded our expectations and added so much to our special day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality rentals and excellent service!

Arden’s China rentals were so pretty! I didn’t expect to have the chance to personalize my decor so thoroughly but I love that they allowed me to just pick up random plates and play with colors without rushing me through the process. Carol even allowed me to reserve some items that I wasn’t 100% sure I would need, to later release them once we had more confirmation from the venue about what would and would not be necessary. Everything Arden was responsible for happened on time, and Carol was also very helpful, graceful and patient when I had a tough time with a different vendor who I had hired to handle the returns to avoid their delivery fee thinking it would save me money. Looking back I wish I had simply hired Arden to handle delivery as well because the vendor I hired accidentally left the back of her truck open after a partial delivery and the silverware and cake platter fell out of the back of her truck, presumably onto the highway. Arden keeps security camera footage in their warehouse so when the vendor claimed she had left the premises with a completely emptied truck, we had the video evidence that this was not the case and that she had just forgotten to close the back door and drove off. I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get her to file a business insurance claim to cover the costs because until I sent her the video footage of her driving off with the rentals, she was claiming she had emptied everything completely and that Arden was not counting up the items correctly. Arden did not make things more difficult than they already were, they simply furnished me with the proof needed to dispute her claim and sent me an invoice for the missing items to forward to her, completely sympathetic to our situation but fairly holding us and her accountable. They remained professional throughout the entire difficult process and we were able to reimburse them for the lost items. Apologies for the trouble our vendor caused you, but thank you so much for keeping calm throughout and helping me get to the bottom of it all with her.

We had the best experience working with Arden Collective for our wedding rentals. We’ve rented from them for years for smaller occasions, but this was by far our biggest rental yet—and from start to finish, the process was amazing. Carol was incredibly patient and professional, walking us through every detail and even hosting us for a showroom visit so we could make our selections in person. We were so impressed by how much they’ve expanded their catalog—the pieces are chic, on-trend, and truly elevated the entire look and feel of our wedding. In the week leading up to the wedding, we had to make multiple last-minute changes due to weather, and the entire team—Carol, Jen, and Chris—handled everything with such flexibility, kindness, and efficiency. Jen jumped in immediately to support those adjustments, which gave us so much peace of mind. When it came time for load-in, the delivery team was prompt, professional, and so kind. They worked quickly but with great care, and they were just such a pleasant group to have around on such a big day. Every detail was handled beautifully, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their partnership in bringing our vision to life. We cannot recommend Arden Collective enough—10/10 for their professionalism, quality, and the truly wonderful people behind the company.

I used Arden for my wedding this past weekend. They were absolutely amazing. I didn’t feel like I had to do anything besides pick things out. They were also very easy to work with as things were added or taken off our order. If you need rentals for your wedding, I highly recommend!

I'm a Portland-based wedding photographer and have worked with Arden on many occasions and have had a great experience every time. Most recently, I worked with Arden to rent furniture for a styled shoot I was co-hosting. The furniture rentals were exactly what we were looking for and complemented the overall design perfectly. I would recommend Arden to anyone looking for wedding & event rentals!
