Beautiful arrangement of stunning color created by Designer Cindy. Stems were cut to specific lengths which highlighted each type of flower. This bouquet remained fresh for 7 days. We did change the water once with a short snip to each stem, other than that...perfection. 1st photo Aug 10th, 2nd photo Aug 16th.
I usually don’t complain about things, but I felt the need to bring this to your attention. Today I received a rather expensive floral arrangement from a friend. After I took it from the carrier into my house I saw some very poor looking contents. Numerous stems were snapped and some flowers were already drooping down from the arrangement. There was plenty of water in the vase upon arrival but they were bad. I had to pull them out before sending a thank you picture to my friend, I didn’t want to upset her. 😡😡😡 Lori Update: I was contacted by floral management after my review. They were very understanding of my complaint, offering to replace the arrangement with a new one. I was appreciative but declined the offer. A couple weeks later there was a knock on my door with a new floral arraignment and a nice note from the florist. It was a pleasant surprise and a great gesture. I appreciate the great customer service and strive to make people happy… Thank you AZ Florist!!
Ordering flowers online from a different state can be tricky, and there's always an element of gamble involved. However, that was not the case with my recent experience. I placed my order as soon as they opened, and Vincent, who provided exceptional customer service, took my request. I made sure to have him repeat everything I asked for, especially the message on the card. Not only did he confirm my requests, but he also sent an invoice detailing everything we discussed, including the card message I dictated to him. I ordered a Spring Custom Arrangement in a large vase, asking for it to be lively, bright, and joyful—specifically without carnations. I also requested that they send a picture via email, which they absolutely did (see pictures below). I received an email with photos of the flowers, followed by another email confirming that the flowers had been delivered at 11:38 AM. I was amazed—how is that even possible? That's what I call excellent service! The best part was when the recipient of the flowers called me to say, "These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen," and expressed immense appreciation for the thoughtfulness and care shown by the florist at this difficult time.
Edited 4/3, changed to 4 stars as remade bouquets were appreciated a LOT by the recipients. Voicemail received from store manager as well wishing to do more, but nothing else is needed. I like to make custom bouquets and will possibly use their warehouse myself in the future, unsure if deliveries will be placed yet. Original review from February: Really heckin wanted to like Arizona Florist. January 29th went in person to place 2 custom bouquets to be delivered before 1:30p for Valentine’s Day- for my sister and my partner. I spelled EVERYTHING out loud for the manager who took my order. Names, Companies, and custom messages. Both bouquets were requested NO LILIES as they are poisonous to cats. Girlfriends name Kirby was written as “Curvey” and her company was misspelled. Sisters company name was also misspelled and custom messages was as well. I did notice PRIOR to Valentines Day the errors and called 3 times to fix. I was only sent one order email receipt and when I called to receive the other I also found more spelling errors- no update received with the fixes. On Valentines both deliveries had not been altered to fix misspellings. Partner works in a male dominated field and it is INAPPROPRIATE to receive flowers addressed to “Curvey”. Sisters had to wait OVER 2 HOURS after her office closed in the parking lot for her flowers as they were entered in the wrong delivery time. Not only was it late (ruining her surprise) THE RECEIPT ATTACHED showing the cost which is tacky. Bouquet also had lilies- ruining her ability to keep them at home. When I went into the florist to discuss issues I was spoken to by the SAME MANAGER who took my order originally. I was informed I’d be receiving a refund to original payment method in 3-5 days and didnt receive a refund receipt as they had my card “on file”. Still have not received the refund and honestly am so upset at the clerical disorder because the actual flowers were gorgeous even though she couldnt keep them with lilies.
