DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! I bought a matching rocking/lounging set of chairs a year ago from here and I have had to have them come out over 5 times already to fix something on both the chairs, the springs are weak as hell on these chairs and we paid a lot for them. 6 years ago I bought a couch and a rocking/lounging chair from BIG LOTS, and I still have the couch perfect and the rocker chair i only got rid of because I found this matching set and I only paid $300 for the couch and the chair at Big Lots. This place is to high priced with crappy made furniture!!!!!!!

Went to Ashley’s today just to browse at couches. Karl greeted us with a big smile and let us be. We were interested in the ModMax II. He was very helpful, friendly, and let my wife and I figure things out. Well just to say we purchased the sectional. Great service! This will be my second big purchase at Ashley’s. After six years with the first couch we bought and table, which are still in good condition, we knew we were going to purchase our furniture here at Ashley’s. Don’t forget to ask for Karl!

Initially walked in just to look at outdoor furniture, and while we discovered they did not have that in the store (only online), we browsed anyway. Karl Haire assisted us right from the moment we entered the store, and he was fantastic, very friendly and gave us the time and room we needed to look around freely, and coming by every few minutes to see if we needed anything. He showed us several different options in the department we were looking in, and made us feel right at home and not rushed into anything. Thanks to Karl, we found a great reclining sofa that fits our needs perfectly. My wife and I will definitely be coming back when we're ready for another purchase.

Marlon Hill was great! Understood what I was looking for and showed me several options. Great experience in the store. After the sale the communication from store and delivery team was the reason for only 3 stars. Was not impressed or satisfied with the process, was told furniture was in stock but it was delivered in 2 separate deliveries weeks apart from each other. Felt I was given the run around. The assistant manager was very helpful in the end, listened and understood my concerns and did her best to make it right.

We had a wonderful experience buying our sectional at Ashley’s. Adam C. is an awesome salesman. He listens to what you are wanting and showed us several options. Finally decided what we want and the process couldn’t have been easier. He gave us a two week time frame for delivery and they were right on time. Delivery guys were awesome as well! Fantastic experience overall! Thank you to all that helped us!
