I would like to start off that I am thankful for Kitania and her team. They did a wonderful job for our Wedding reception. Everything was beautiful from the decorations, the details, and the setup. We loved it all. There were some hiccups along the way, like needing to get an MC and the seating chart arrangements, but we were able to get them done in time for our reception. We apologize on our behalf for the photographer situation, but we thank her team for understanding and letting us use the photographer we had chosen. The DJ had used our selected songs and curated other songs in the playlist. I think I would have preferred different choices in some of the song selection, but overall it was a great time. Not everything is completely stress-free with Wedding planning, but they did a fantastic job with decorating and glad we didn't have to worry about that at all. A big thank you for all that you did!

Planning a wedding is not an easy task, but Kitania and her crew definitely do there all to help ease every feeling. This place alone is amazing, to have a team that cares for all of your needs tops the cake. The decor was perfect, the chapel and the officiant made our family feel so welcomed. Our guest were accommodated exactly as I requested. The DJ used our song list and made a great dance time, and just the overall planning of the time we were allotted was definitely a win. Im beyond grateful for this venue and all if there staff. The amount of details they used to celebrate us made the night even more memorable. They will be highly recommended by me to everyone wanting a beautiful time on a budget they can afford!!! Thank you!!!!!

I recently worked with Affordable Wedding Plus Events to plan a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out! The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable—all thanks to the amazing team and especially the owner, Kitania Laing. From start to finish, Kitania was incredible with communication. She listened closely to my vision, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure every detail was perfect. I cannot say enough about AWPE Event Hall. I used them to do my daughter’s graduation event. They outdid themselves, Kitania and her entire staff from the DJ to the Bartender and the party attendant. They were phenomenal, the decore was amazing. Too notch service. I recommend them to everyone I know. And now to the world! I suggest you jump to it and book today.

This venue was great for the price. Everything is done in-house except the catering. My sister was super pleased how they decorated to her theme. Bartenders were super nice. You do have to purchase your own alcohol. Do confirm times of anything you need to drop off before the event; but definitely a night to remember.
