I called this business Tuesday night asking if they could replace my son's battery in his iPhone 14. He checked and said he did have one on hand and they could do the work. He said they close at 8:00 so try to come in as soon as early so they would have time to get to it. Told him my son gets off track at 6:00 and could be in there about 6:45 the very next day and he said okay. Sounds good. So my son gets there and they said that they didn't have a tech available and didn't have time to do it. He drove 35 mi and took time out from his school work specifically to have them fix it on the assurance that they would be able to do it. What a colossal waste of time. If you needed more time to do it and you didn't think you could squeeze it in that day, should have just told us that you couldn't and save us a wasted trip into Lincoln and another day with a screwed up phone.
