I had, what people would write as bad experience, happen to me today at Belle Tire. Let me start with the fact that I've been getting all my vehicles serviced at BT(on Secor) for years. This includes having teenagers (now adults) with their vehicles and mine. Always 4 vehicles needing regular service. I've never had a problem and always have gotten great service. The tech's have diagnosed some really odd problems over the years and resolved them at a cost that is competitive. Today, on a routine oil change, Mike led me to my car to show a small dent that was caused by the technicians. They were absolutely accountable for the mistake and beyond amenable to resolving it. Had they not taken accountability and shown me the mistake, I likely may not have noticed it right away. Then after noticing, I would've not known the cause. This is, to me, a great business and customer service model. They damaged my vehicle, however, the way they dealt with it will keep me going back to BT for great service.

I had called around to multiple places just to get 2 verrrrrry rounded off/stripped lug nuts off in order to change my brakes. I had purchased all brand new lug nuts already. Every where I quoted me a ridiculous amount and Discount Tire had even told me initially bring in and they'd fix free of charge then told me they wouldn't touch my car unless I purchased new tires from them. I felt defeated and was ready to just give up. I explained all of the runaround I got, and I instantly felt heard. I didn't feel I was getting the runaround right off the rip. I was told to bring it in, they'd look it over and give me a quote. No purchase necessary. They did say with it being Black Friday weekend it could be a long wait but they'd get it done if it was possible which they thought it would be. I was in and out in less than an hour even with how busy they were and they did NOT charge me an arm and a leg. They didn't pressure me to buy anything or have any other work done. I would absolutely come back here for more work after this experience.

Michael was so helpful and professional on the phone and in person. They fit us in the same day that I called. The staff examined my wife's vehicle and confirmed what I already thought. They did not try to recommend additional repairs we didn't actually need. That honesty will make sure I take my vehicles there in the future.

I should read the fine print but I would appreciate if optional fees were presented during checkout! Tire protection was recommended but was added without any explanation!! Or consent!! Watch your receipts!!!

Good service, but not so fast. I had made an appointment to have a nail taken out of my tire, and my tire to be plugged. When I got there this particular day they had experienced a ton of call offs so I had to wait a few hours to have my services done. But would recommend and return as a customer *Update 7/29/22 Made a return visit and service length was about the same time. This time it took about 30 minutes less. Representatives were still courteous and helpful. I change my review from 4 to 5 stars, because the service was consistent and work is performed with quality. Today I had the opportunity to work with Dan for my services. While waiting for your services to be complete they offer a small waiting room with tv, free coffee, a vending machine and restrooms. Check it out!
