The process wasn’t always smooth communication could have been better at times, and it was occasionally hard to get in touch with someone directly. While I was being transported by a company they recommended (Accident & Injury), I got into a second wreck. Unfortunately, the driver who hit us didn’t have insurance, so Ben Abbott & Associates weren’t able to help with that case. Still, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.
