I was introduced to Berry Law firm from a friend. I was skeptical at first, not knowing what to expect. Once I completed my interview, I became more confident as some of the questions asked, I would never have thought of. I was pleased with how Claire Kreiger and Kathleen Warwick handled my case. They always kept me informed and I was never blindsided with anything. They demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and were very thorough in the preparations. Choosing Berry Law Firm was the best decision and I must add, even though I was advised that it may take a long time, I got my decision in less than a year. Everyone's situation is different and times may vary for everyone. I would most certainly 10/10 recommend.
After more than a decade navigating the VA disability system on my own, I chose Berry Law because I needed experienced, disciplined representation that truly understood how the VA works. From the beginning, it was clear that Berry Law was organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on doing things the right way — not rushing, not overpromising, but building a strong, evidence-based case. I worked primarily with Erik Root, along with support from Abbie Morris, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Erik was professional, responsive, and steady throughout the entire process. He explained what was happening, set realistic expectations, and made sure my claim was handled strategically. After years of feeling dismissed or overlooked, it was a relief to work with someone who treated my case — and my service — with respect. I would absolutely recommend Berry Law to other veterans who are considering representation. If you’re looking for a firm that understands the VA system, communicates clearly, and advocates for you with professionalism and integrity, Berry Law is an excellent choice.
I chose Berry Law because they were highly recommended to me by another Veteran. After attempting a claim on my own with help from the VFW, listing over 20 Gulf War conditions, and being granted only 10% after a year of drowning in paperwork and C&P Exams, I was about to give up on the VA. Thankfully, I called Berry Law and asked if they thought I had a case for an appeal. They immediately said yes, and their payment schedule was more than fair, so I signed with them five days later. They practice all over the U.S., but most clients never need to go anywhere; it is all done over the phone, email, and computer. My case manager, Jacob Fry, began analyzing my military and private medical records, and submitted an appeal on all my conditions within about 90 days. Jacob and his paralegal team were in touch with me every step of the way, submitting all the required documentation in a timely manner, answering all my questions during the process, and taking into account my preferences as to how to approach certain matters of my case. Being a veteran himself, Jacob would even answer my questions about the VA healthcare system and other benefits that were available. Because of the communication and attention I received, my claim was 100% successful within 18 months of the time I signed with Berry Law. I was even able to receive additional benefits because of my unique situation. Berry’s billing department has been great as well. I was never charged anything above 30% of the back pay I received for my claim, and only after I received payment from the VA. In fact, they are so ethically bound to their billing policy that they analyze each account for deposits, and when I received some back pay that was not covered in their contract terms, they told me that they are not entitled to bill for it. I have already recommended this Firm to two other individuals who are now consulting with Berry Law, and I will continue to recommend Berry Law to any veteran looking for assistance with the VA and its processes.
I had an outstanding experience working with Berry Law on my VA claims. From the start, their team demonstrated professionalism and dedication. My case manager, Andrew DeLong, and legal assistants like Avery Dorton, Kathleen Warwick, and Angela Kratzer kept me informed at every step, whether it was submitting appeals like Form 0995 and 0996 or guiding me through rating decisions and supplemental claims. They were prompt in answering questions, provided clear instructions, and ensured I understood the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to veterans’ rights gave me confidence throughout. Even billing was transparent and easy to manage online. Berry Law truly cares about veterans, and their expertise helped me secure favorable outcomes. If you need a firm that combines knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine support, I highly recommend Berry Law.
I am extremely grateful to Sarah Hardy and the Berry law firm that helped me secure all of my VA benefits. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to my case. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and stress-free. Their attention to detail, persistence, and deep understanding of VA law made a tremendous difference in the outcome of my claim. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, I was able to receive the benefits I rightfully earned. I highly recommend this firm to any veteran seeking trusted, compassionate, and effective legal representation.
