This store, like many best buys, is poorly managed. I went in to get a new phone, no plan or anything else needed. I should just have to ask someone and they will get it. However, it took talking to 3 different people, since the first 2 just never came back after I asked to get the phone, and about 30 minutes for something that should only take 5. Many items in the store are just not on display, even though they have an area for it and a corresponding price tag.
The first reason that I did not like the store is there is no handicap accessible carts and there was not room for me to move my own equipment throughout the store because the aisles are too narrow. This is the first time I have been in Best buy and this will be the last time. I was trying to do a refund for another senior citizen. It became very confusing and it was aggravating. Their return policy is not clear. Since the associate was on the phone the entire time, I could not tell when she was talking to me and when she was talking to the person on the phone. A lot of chatter but absolutely no communication.
My husband and I recently purchased a pro max phone at Best Buy in Baton Rouge on Bluebonnet. We had the most amazing customer experience. From the time we walked into the store, the greeter’s were warm, welcoming and helpful. Keion was also outstanding. He took the necessary time to explain products, patiently assisted with transitioning phone services and involved management when additional administrative support was needed. Each manager involved came right away. They were also courteous and very professional. Thank you so much Best Buy for investing in customers having a great experience. As a result, your staff are awesome and immensely appreciated!!
I had been studying for a few hours when my laptop stopped connecting to WIFI. I immediately started freaking out and scheduled an appt with the geek squad at this location. Within an hour of the issue occurring, Cee and Garrett had fixed my computers issue and even taught me how to prevent it from happening again. They were very reassuring and SO helpful and friendly. I hope someone at this location sees this review and gives them a raise! They’re the best and deserve the best!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, and it was clear they were there to help. I was looking for a new laptop, TV, gaming console and a sales associate was quick to offer assistance without being pushy. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and helped me understand the pros and cons of each, answering all my questions thoroughly. They listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect product for me. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and the associate even helped me sign up for their rewards program, which was a nice bonus. What truly sets Best Buy apart, in my opinion, is their commitment to customer service and their Geek Squad support. Awesome 🌟
