Called these guys with an emergency when a water heater flooded my condo in the evening. They confirmed they could make an appointment the next morning. Overnight they texted me that they were “canceling the appointment due to a scheduling change.” I can’t speak to the quality of the actual work they do, but I certainly wouldn’t depend on them in the case of an emergency. They might just decide they won’t be coming after all.

Be warned. Big Blue Plumbing is under new management and is a completely disorganized mess. After previous doing a large job, Big Blue missed appointment windows 2 days in a row only notifying me 3 hours after each window. I had 10 hours of my time wasted dealing with this organization. The very polite staff will lie completely to your face, asking you to wait a little longer. I was promised a callback from a manager and never received a call. All of this and I've been paying for the True Blue membership for a year with "prioritized service". This company is now a joke, the new management company is garbage.

When our old hot water heater died and couldn’t be fixed, we called Big Blue. Javier V. was really helpful with explaining our options, and we decided to upgrade to a Sanco2 heat pump system instead of gas. Javier and Pardo were knowledgeable, kind and precise with the install, and navigated challenges like where to put the heat pump behind our house and ordering special parts. They also work with a great electrician and facilitated that work. The whole job was done in two days! They made sure we didn’t have to go a weekend without hot water. I highly recommend going with Big Blue and their expert staff.

Enrique Luevanos, Technician with Big Blue installed our new thermal expansion tank. He was very professional, thorough and respectful during their entire process. The end result was great professional service by again, another great technician with Big Blue.

Harris Giotas, our Big Blue plumber, was incredible. He is a real credit to the industry. Not only was he able to replace our aging (and old) Glacier Bay fixtures without tearing out the entire wall, he discovered and repaired a unknown major leak under the toilette. We are truly indebted to Harris for his complete professionalism. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. He is highly recommended for any plumbing problem or issue.
