I had an excellent experience with Big Brand Tire. Dylan was very helpful and explained the processes. Went in with 3 issues. Check Engine light was on, oil change light reappeared even though I had my oil changed at FORD 2 months ago, and my wiper blades were in the wrong position. They checked codes for check engine light and found the fuel door was open, they reset the change oil maintenance light, and "clocked" The wiper blades so they function correctly. All this for No Charge!! Now I can cancel my appointment with FORD, I know that would have been costly and time consuming. I will definitely use Big Brand Tires again. Thank you

I set an appointment with Big Brand for my front tire, Kyle was my service provider. He was nice and straightforward which I liked. I chose to drop it off because I had things to do. He called when my tire was done and let me know my brakes were pretty low which I had an idea about, he said they could get them done same day, he wasn’t push or salesman like which I appreciated. Everything was done in a few hours and I was back on the road.

Took my vehicle for a tire rotation. Kyle helped me he told me a hour and half wait time not only was it done sooner but come to find out he is the manager and I saw him working in the shop with his team. Blew my mind that a manager was with his team working that is the very definition of a leader lead by example. I had a fallout with a different location and decide to give this location a shot due to having free lifetime tire rotations because I bought my tires thru big brand. Corporate better take care of this manager due to the fact that its very very seldom to see a manager working just like his team. Great job sir and looking forward to future business. Dylan also is great gave me a quote on my wife's tires and took his time to make sure I understood everything great job to you to sir.

I left a review a while back about an extremely long wait to get a flat tire repaired after making an appointment and about my valve stems blowing out on a new set of tires on my truck. The Manager, Kyle, reached out personally and got me in to replace all my valve stems. Apparently, valve stems aren't replaced due to the TPMS sensors unless requested, so keep that in mind. Mine were all replaced today in a timely manner and Kyle even replaced my 2 piece lug nuts that were starting to separate after 150,000 miles. I had a good talk with Kyle about some things I had issues with in their service department and I felt heard. We'll see where the future takes us, but my review is now 5 stars. I appreciate Kyle at Big Brand reaching out and addressing my concerns. I will be continuing my 20 years of business with them.
