Husband pre-ordered Mother’s Day flowers for 10am day-of and they didn’t arrive until 4pm. He let them know we weren’t home for delivery and that this delay was unacceptable and they responded, “We deliver until 7pm. Morning deliveries are unacceptable. Do you want us to return the flowers?” Needless to say we will never use this company again! Complete disregard for customers and special occasions.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day, only to find out that my mother did not receive the flowers on Mothers Day. Called to get support, and had to wait more than 30 minutes to get through. When I spoke with someone, and explained that as flowers were not delivered, that I wanted to cancel the order. I was then put on hold for another 10 minutes before being told that he was not able to cancel the order, and that only a supervisor can cancel, and they don’t speak to customers - he put the request through on my behalf, and said I would be contacted when a decision was rendered. Clearly they are not interested in satisfying customers!!

Bloomex delivery is the worst company I have ever used. the emails do not arrive to my account. I paid extra in delivery deliver in times for mother's Day. The emails don't arrive to my account for updates..the customer service is a joke. I was told flowers would arrive the next day and they didn't. No idea when they will deliver when I paid 20$ in shipping. If I could give 0 stars I would. Second time this has happened when trying to deliver in Ontario. I will never use or recommend this garbage flower company. I have been waiting for 20+ minutes for a customer service agent to lie a third day in a row for my flowers to be delivered and sure no manager will ever call me. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you want to wait forever for your flowers, no customer service and be scammed in delivery fees.

If I could give a 0 to Bloomex, I would! Terrible terrible experience. I ordered a delivery for Mother's Day weekend to be delivered on Saturday. Not only did the driver deliver to a wrong location, they promised to deliver to the right location the next day .. my mom was waiting all day for the deliver. AGAIN IT DID NOT ARRIVE ON MOTHERS DAY! what was suppose to be a surprise, not only did not show up but was no longer a surprise. Today is MONDAY, the day AFTER Mother's Day and it just showed up at 3:30pm. When I called the driver on Sunday (Mother's Day), the driver said that there were too many orders and they couldn't keep up. Sorry, but this is why I ordered for the deliver to be on saturday before the rush! If Bloomex can't keep up with the demand, PLEASE DO BETTER AND HIRE MORE DRIVERS OR TAKE ON LESS ORDERS FOR DELIVERY. I paid for the florals and delivery and expect it to be delivered on time. When ask for a refund, they will not refund to my card but offered store credit, as if I will ever order from them again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . Been dealing with this headache for 3 days when it should be easy and seamless. Very disappointed, and will not hesitate to tell anyone not to order from here.

Terrible experience with Bloomex and I will never order from them again. I paid extra for a guaranteed 9am–12pm Mother’s Day delivery window and the flowers showed up AN ENTIRE DAY LATE. What exactly was the point of paying extra for timed delivery? Then I received an email saying my bouquet was “sold out” and they would replace it with the “next best option.” I was not given any choice to approve a substitute or cancel my order. The flowers that arrived looked NOTHING like what I ordered online. Completely different arrangement, completely different colour palette, and honestly much cheaper-looking than the photos advertised. If you cannot fulfill orders properly during major holidays, stop offering guaranteed delivery windows and stop advertising arrangements you clearly do not have. This felt misleading, overpriced, and incredibly disappointing for a Mother’s Day gift.
