Jake (HVAC technician) did a great job! I presented a somewhat complicated issue and he took the time to listen and suggest multiple approaches. After taking time to diagnose the situation thoroughly, he provided his assessment in plain language and was kind to answer my questions with elaboration and clarification. Once we agreed on a solution, he continued to communicate throughly and promptly with me, ensuring that everything (ordering the part, scheduling the repair) was progressing without interruption. The final repair was efficient, clean, and effective! He even gave me some additional pointers for keeping my HVAC system running smoothly.
Issac was great! He provided a thorough estimate and answered all my questions. After getting some other estimates I decided to move ahead with Blue Sky and wasn’t disappointed. Issac arrived on time, worked diligently to complete all of the work, cleaned up afterward, and walked me through all of the completed work. Everything is working great. I am very pleased.
Excellent, second to none customer care and service, knowledge level expertise, and professionalism. Bill (caring, involved, consummate professional with extensive technical acume and background) and Jeremy and Chris (highly adept, razor sharp technican with solid technical acume and experience) and company (such nice, involved and responsive team - shout out to most excellent customer care from Nicole and Jeanie!) are my forever boiler repair. They took the time to ensure that they were here to do the job right and as it should be after I expressed concerns as I experienced some bumps in the past with other boiler repair companies, unfortunately. They spent the time to explain necessary repairs to me to appease my inner geek, giving me knowledge, understanding and reassurance with such kindness and professionalism that I have yet to experience with other boiler repair establishment up here in "the hills". My boiler was attended to as it should be this time around thanks to Blue Sky with both quality workmanship and parts, reasonable pricing, warranties and, again, top notch customer care from this well managed and organized company. It's running, finally, as it should have been since it was installed by another company in 2020 thanks to Blue Sky. I cannot believe the difference in my home heating performance now - so wonderfuI! I purchased their Premium Maintaince Plan knowing that it was an excellent investment with a BBB A+ rated establishment. So pleased that I reached out to Blue Sky and that they are now servicing the mountain communities of which the talent and customer care at the 5 star level that Blue Sky provides was so difficult to both locate and depend on with consistency in the past from other boiler establishments in the Front Range area in my experience. I cannot say enough good things about blue sky. From start to finish, everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made a stressful situation really easy. My hot water heater was leaking and we needed to have it taken out, and a new one put in. They were able to come the day after I called them and we got everything installed and working two days later. That’s faster than I could’ve imagined! It was a wonderful experience. Everybody was very communicative. Heath was great and explained everything to me really clearly and was available for me to ask follow up questions. The whole team (I dont know everyone’s name- were great, I was surprised by how many people worked on it. Thank you!!
