Love this place so much, I order/collect whenever I can! Yesterday specifically I brought my friend in for the first time about late lunch, and it didn’t disappoint. Didn’t get the names of the guys who served us but they were so lovely and their service was great. Will be back again soon!

The staff are the absolute best thing about this place, so friendly patient & eager to serve. 10/10 for the service. Honestly, can’t fault them and almost hate to give a bad review because they provide such excellent service. You can’t fault them. Places could learn from them. So so good. However, the food isn’t worth the money anymore. The new birria beef is nice but so cold when served. The food isn’t warm. The birria stock was 6/10. Not bad for a franchise but not as good as others in Leeds. The pulled pork was very fatty - too fatty. It just feels like boojum have lessened their quality. The guac, beans & salad was grand. No complaints but no praises. The new pineapple salsa was underwhelming. Pickled onions were okay. The cheese is so cheap, it doesn’t even melt. I’ve been a boojum fan for years from Belfast but they have let the quality of food go since expanding. The portion sizes are big but so are the prices - you expect a lot for £17 with extras. The food quality and quantity didn’t equate to £17. But the Leeds staff are 10/10. After a number of boojums, it’s always the same Leeds. I probably won’t be back or recommend - other gafs offer better food & I would probably choose Taco Bell over Boojum now. BUT the service has always been 10/10. It’s a shame they have lost their quality because they have such great service.

I’ve ordered from here and eaten in multiple times, and the quality is always spot on. The food tastes consistently great, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. Special thanks to Bella, Pav, and Zac for being such sweet and attentive servers. Hands down my favourite place to order food from in Leeds!.

I had boojum for lunch, my burrito was amazing and the atmosphere was great. I was served by Elena and Lucas who were absolute stars and so friendly. I haven’t seen customer service like that in a long time. Keep it up !

We had a burrito each here for lunch. They didn’t look that big but they were very filling and tasted great. We loved all the choices we got. The drinks were good, too. We appreciated the student discount. Elena and Lucas were both brilliant to us - thank you!
