Communication was very good at the outset, with clear, detailed, and helpful information provided. During planning for a large, time-sensitive unit, I raised a routine question about the revenue split as part of standard cost planning and due diligence, while remaining fully prepared to proceed on the standard terms if no flexibility was available. Following this enquiry, communication abruptly stopped for several weeks despite multiple follow-ups. With lease commitments and planning deadlines already in motion, it was not reasonable to pause the project indefinitely, and I was therefore required to explore alternatives in order to keep the development moving. This feedback is not a reflection on the company’s size, reputation, or commercial model, but on a breakdown in communication at a critical decision-making stage. A brief response at the time would have avoided this outcome entirely. Hopefully this was a one-off lapse, and I wish them well going forward.

Brilliant service which made a difference at a work party. Thoroughly recommend the shuffleboard as an ice breaking game which is easy to pick up for beginners. We also used uplighters for dramatic effect. BPH's services are a great option if you're looking to add some additional sparkle to your event at home or in an event space.

Right from the point of inquiry to the point of delivery & collection the process was easy and professional. They are also reasonably priced. The bouncy castle and soft play looked lovely and was exactly what we wanted! The kids also loved it! We will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to friends and family.
