For the past ten years I’ve been buying appliances from Jean Monde. He’s a consummate professional and an even better person who is always a pleasure to work with. As developers we work under strict timelines and in this span Jean has always been there to get us what we needed when we needed it. Ivania helped me purchase this black reclining sectional. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She greeted me immediately and ask to assist me. She helped to find an extension cord to plug up the sofa to show me the LED lights on the bottom and reclining features. She was so sweet and making sure I was completely set up from warranty to my fast delivery.
