We have brought our cars to Briarwood Auto multiple times. They are very efficient and won’t give your car back until they know for sure the problem is fixed. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I give shout out to Oscar. He works with me to get my cars taken care of and helps me with the cost.

Took my 2004 VW Jetta back to my favorite auto shop, Briarwood in Tulsa,OK for an oil change and weather specific checks, but also for a terrible grinding noise I had noticed especially in rainy weather. They diagnosed wheel bearings in need of replacement. They got the repair done on day #2 and I know they have done a good job. I will be returning next month for new front brakes. I appreciate the transparency with estimates and pictures before my approval for the needed repairs. I feel they can be trusted to complete auto repairs in an honest and dependable manner.

We’ve used Briarwood for our service needs for over 5 years. They’ve worked on several of our family’s vehicles and always done a great job. They’ve replaced water pumps, alternators, shocks, struts and even replaced a transmission. and engine for us. Great work. Great Service .

My car needed repair so I was on the lookout for a “trusted” mechanic for my Lincoln MKS and I reached out to my close friend group and a good buddy immediately suggested Briarwood Auto Repair off of 44th and Memorial. His words to me were “They are Trustworthy, do quality service and I’ve always felt like the price is fair.” So, after speaking with Oscar and Steve (Mgrs at Briarwood Repair) about my main issue, their team performed a diagnostic and recommended some other repair items I needed done so I put my trust and faith in Briarwood Auto and boy, did it pay off! My car hasn’t “felt” this good in years! Great, quick diagnostic and service. And excellent, CLEAR communication every step of the way so you know what they recommend and what it will cost upfront. I highly recommend Briarwood Auto to anyone in need of service, whether it’s just a simple oil change or a major mechanical repair. I’ve been 100% satisfied with each of my last six service visits. They consistently go above and beyond, taking the time to really dig in and identify the root of the issue, even when it’s not immediately obvious. Issues are always fixed and in a timely manner. The service technicians (Kyle), service manager (Oscar), and Casey, the owner, are all extremely knowledgeable and provide impeccable customer service. Steve always answers the phone politely when I call for information or to schedule an appointment. He also greets customers with a warm, welcoming manner as soon as they walk into the office.
