We had a previous property management company who was useless and non-responsive, so when we started with BrideHaus, we had PTSD. Right away, they quelled all our worries with their responsiveness, active listening, great tenant & vendor rapport, and transparency with project estimates and costs. They were on top of everything right away & were completely thorough! We have such faith in BridgeHaus - they make us feel heard, and our property is kept like it's their own!

BridgeHaus Property Managers is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Between Amber and Arian, the communication and assistance was very efficient! The move in, quarterly and move out inspections were super convenient and easy to complete through the app. The Meld repair app was also very useful and easy to navigate. If we ever had an issue with the property, which wasn’t common, Amber was quick to respond and ensure it was resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciated the kindness and proficiency we received from both the owner and the property management team. They helped my family and I during a hardship and I’ll forever be thankful for their understanding and great service! If we were able to stay in California, we would have stayed with this company! I highly recommend this amazing company and sufficient team.

BridgeHaus has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The team was always friendly, communication was clear and consistent, and any repairs or requests were handled on time without issue. Amber, in particular, was amazing, always professional, kind, and supportive throughout my entire lease. I just received my full deposit back, something I truly appreciate and didn’t expect! Leaving this home was a very difficult decision, as it was the most beautiful place I’ve ever lived. Unfortunately, personal circumstances dictated the move, but I would recommend BridgeHaus with my eyes closed. When the time comes for me to move again, I will definitely reach out to them first. Thank you, Amber, and the whole BridgeHaus team, for making this such a positive experience from start to finish!

Amanda has been awesome to work with and so has BridgeHaus! Her communication has been excellent, any and all of our questions have been answered quickly and with care. The lease signing process was easy and the portal is very user friendly. It’s made being on the other side of the country and going through this part of the moving process very simple and straightforward. I would definitely recommend BridgeHaus and working with Amanda Lang!
