We had an excellent experience with BTTD team. The admin team booked us in for a same day appointment and our plumber, Conner, was a great help. He addressed our issue quickly, checked all the taps and fittings including the hot water unit to make sure they were all in good order and gave us some great advise around where to start on our bathroom renovation. Thanks for your great service and we will be definitely coming back to you for any work in the future!

Our stormwater wasn't flowing well. Michael arrived right on schedule and he's professional, reassuring, and clearly an expert. He confirmed the drainage was blocked by mud, but due to his perseverance, he ran his camera deeper and discovered a major, underlying issue from our home's original construction. Michael didn't stop at a temporary fix. He kept investigating and helped us navigate the tricky process of involving the initial builder and the original plumber to ensure the root cause was properly and permanently resolved. This level of support goes far beyond standard service. He left the entire work area spotless. No hidden fees, just honest, fast, and high-quality service that unearthed and solved a problem we didn't even know we had. His team also changed our pressure reduction valve which corrected our weak water pressure. If you have blocked drains, or suspect a deeper issue, Michael and his team are the way to go. We had excellent service from Michael coming quickly to look at our hot water system and help with great advice on what we needed to do to get it up to standard. Very professional. Within a day Zack came around and provided fantastic service fixing all issues. He was very polite and friendly and worked cleanly and with expertise. I will definitely be keeping this Business as my permanent plumber.
