via Google HVAC Technician Daniel Bautista came through even though it was late in the evening, after running 4 calls already that day to access and diagnose a Furnace Project that I have been working on for quite some time, went over the system and all seemed well enough done from his experience, as we then decided to figure out why the furnace was not igniting. . . I have been trouble shooting for several weeks watching videos and testing and learning how the HVAC system operated, thinking it might be the control board though wanted to get an opinion for a experienced HVAC technician, as Daniel shared that he has about 5 Years of Experience and seemed fairly Knowledgeable and personable in a quirky manner. Explained the system operations and though rally gaining better insight on the furnace operation procedures, explained in detail other potential issues that could keep the furnace from operating correctly, and even deeper understanding of how the system can be adjusted. After going through several checks it was confirmed that most evidently it would probably be the control board that would need replacing, so after gaining a deeper understanding of the system operations, now I feel confident that the control board would need to be replaced.

He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the heater system instead of just rushing through the job. He was thorough, honest, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing things the right way. Everything was fixed efficiently, and he left the space clean and in great shape.
