Shannon Leevia Google I recently got into a small parking lot accident and needed a Tesla-certified collision shop. After calling around, I was referred to Brooks Motor Car in Alameda, and I’m really glad I chose them.
From the moment I arrived, Frank greeted me and made the process incredibly smooth. He quickly took photos of the damage, explained how everything would work, and got the estimate started right away. Frank handled all communication with the insurance company and even coordinated the rental car, which made things so much easier for me.
Throughout the repair, I could track the progress online and received text updates directly from the shop—something I really appreciated. My car was in the shop for about three weeks, and when I picked it up, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Teslas are known for their panel gaps, but the car came back looking better than it did before the accident!
After inspecting the car, I noticed a small scratch that had been overlooked. I brought it up to Frank, and his team took care of it right away, even providing me with another rental while they fixed it.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Frank and the entire Brooks Motor Car team were professional, communicative, and truly cared about getting everything perfect. I highly recommend this shop to anyone—especially Tesla owners—looking for quality, trustworthy collision repair

I took my F-Type to them with British Racing Green paint and the repair is completely invisible. The car is spotless. Luis went above and beyond as well to ensure the repair came out perfect.

Rhett helped me with my vehicle and we spoke multiple times a week so I knew exactly what was happening. Although they had it for over a month to ensure things were done right, when I got my car back it was immaculate and repaired with the precision and care that had her looking good as new. Customer service and care are not extras at Brooks, they are included in the experience and I deeply appreciated the detail and excellent service I received. All around very happy customer.
