Everyone and I mean everyone went above and beyond to put me at ease, while my vehicle damage was repaired. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable employees. Both receptionist who waited on me were top notch. Jose, my service rep. was awesome. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. From checking in my damaged vehicle to checking out my beautiful undamaged vehicle. Jose showed true compassion for his responsibility in the process. I don’t know about the other locations, but this location truly show an awesome training each and every employee goes through. Thank you Caliber Collision, I will highly recommend this location, for sure.

From the 8AM call on a Sunday to scheduling my service later in the week, to the friendly check-in at the office, to the tech text notes I received from Josue, the entire process was exceptional! I really felt they cared about my car and returning it to me all patched up in a timely manner. I was informed every step of the process from the tech. He was even there when I picked up my car. He reiterated the repair process, and gave me a recommendation for a detail shop. The entire process was excellent. While I hope to not be back, in case, I do, I know who I'll trust with repair services.

From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the entire process as smooth as possible. Joshua kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were done right. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The repair work was excellent and my car was ready exactly when promised. The entire team was professional, communicative, and friendly. A huge shoutout to Josh Smith — he went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the whole process and made everything stress-free. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, the customer service was outstanding, and I never once felt left in the dark. Everything was done right the first time. I’ll absolutely recommend this shop to friends and family, and it will be my first choice if I ever need future repairs.

I brought my car to Caliber Collision last Friday. It is ready for pickup today (in less than a week). The process was much smoother and faster than I expected, and the repair work was more than just excellent—the damage on the right rear shell and wheel disappeared and looks like they were never there (maybe magic is real). Josh, my service advisor, was very professional and friendly. He kept me updated throughout the process. I greatly appreciated Josh and the whole team’s quick and quality work!
