First and foremost, the staff to whom I spoke were all very friendly and helpful so the review does not reflect them. However, I initially took my car in on December 16th because of a small hole that appeared on the lower passenger side bumper. Initially, it was quoted as being about $230 for the repair, which I was more than happy to pay. I brought the car back in on December 18th for the repair but they still needed to order the part and, as I was going to be paying out of pocket, I asked if they could order the part first and then I'll bring it in once it arrives so I won't be quite as long without a car. I had to pay in advance for the part, which was fine, and I did. I get a call on December 23rd that it's actually the wrong part and that the part needed, and thus the repair, would be far more expensive. That's fine as these things happen but I decided to forgo the repair since the damage was so minor. However, I asked about a refund for the part for which I paid in advance and was told that would not be an issue and I should receive a call about it. I had not heard anything back so I followed up on January 2nd and told that a manager would need to do the approval and that she would return my call the next day (January 3rd). Again, I heard nothing so I decided to physically stop at the shop today (January 7th) and was told the purchase can't be found in the system because it had been too long so now the refund needs to be issued through corporate via check that would arrive in 30-45 days. I know this all happened during the holidays so I understand that things can get held up. It's just a little difficult for me to understand how a refund can't be issued to the card when it hasn't even been a month since I paid for it. This appears to more of a corporate/system decision but it is pretty anti-consumer. Plus, there's no way for me to track the check so it's entirely possible that it somehow forgotten along the way. Hopefully not and I will update if there are any changes but, overall, pretty dissatisfied with the refund process for a mistake that was not my own.

I don’t have a lot of experience with body shops. I chose Caliber on a chance and I am so glad I did! They are top notch and Terry took the time to let me know what was going on every step of the way!! 12/10 recommend!!

Justin was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed about my car's repairs the whole way through. They worked with me and Tire Discounters to get new tires on my car while it was getting worked on, and I still had a rental. All around a great, and easy experience.

It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that’s both trustworthy and efficient. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service.
