They had my car from 12/04/2025 until 12/19. They told me that it was ready but when I went to pick it up there were big drips on the edges of the hood. They acted like it was inconvenience for them to fix it. Now they can't get it back in until 01/05/2026. Not only that but they lied to me more than once. I'm going to complain to my insurance company and see if I can have it fixed somewhere else. Shoddy workmanship and dishonesty. They have nice signage but don't let it fool you

Y'all are the bomb. Honest and clear communication with every interaction from front desk to pickup. I never felt like a burden or stupid when asking questions about things I didn't understand. Work was completed exactly on schedule (with a holiday AND surprise snow storm) and my vehicle looks better than it did pre-collision. Can't thank y'all enough! Will definitely return, should service be needed.

A great experience for a crap situation. Jamie was very clear about the work to be done and what my options would be. They worked with the insurance company AND the car rental company seamlessly. They were friendly and understanding of my schedule limitations. Their work exceeded my expectations on my 17yr old vehicle and completed a day earlier than anticipated

I highly recommend the shop. They were amazing to work with very good at keeping the customer updated on status of repairs. I was very happy with the service that I received for my car. No one ever wants to be in this situation, but it gave me peace of mind that they did such a good job on my car. I put a picture of what my car looked like after my accident and the beautiful job they did in getting it back to its full glory.

Came here as recommended by my insurance after someone u-turned into the side of me. I had a great experience. They kept me informed and I was satisfied with all the repairs. They even had a shuttle take me over to the rental car place, which was nice that I didn't have to arrange that. This place is definitely wheelchair accessible.
