Car Concepts took care of me when I got screwed over by the dealership. They replaced my busted entertainment center for a great price, and now I’ve got Apple CarPlay and better audio quality. They also helped me out with some other issues I was having with my key fobs, and the turnaround time was fast! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will always have my business going forward!
Don't go to Car Concepts! Got a system installed by them about a 18 months ago. I had to bring it back to them 3 times for a speaker on my roll bar cutting out ($20 Uber ride each way every time). I noticed it cutting out again this winter along with another speaker sounding like crap, so I brought it to another shop. Spacers in the door speakers were too big causing the surround to hit. Had them check and fix the whole system. This install looks worse than a kid doing a home install. Incredibly disappointed to pay for "professional" install and to have so many problems and then see the garbage they do on the install. I'm now way more invested in this system than I wanted to be - from all my time going back and forth, the Uber rides ($120), and the money I had to pay another shop to fix their garbage install.
Front/rear parking sensor install and connect 3 wires: Red, Black, Yellow. $714.45. My front sensors did not work. They said my pre-purchased kit was cheap quality. A different installer found their mistake and fixed it, $204.16. The red wire from the parking sensor unit should have been connected to the hot brake-light wire, allowing the front sensors to activate. Instead, Car Concepts connected the red wire to the accessory (ACC) fuse, which is why the front sensors did not work. They said it’s not their fault because they were given the wrong wiring instructions. They did not need instructions to remove both bumpers. Connecting 3 wires must be complicated for CC. Reply to Owner: One star removed for inappropriate response. I was rude??? Difficult to work with??? I dropped off car, returned for pickup, and returned to point out an issue. Your cameras are everywhere. Let the people see any proof of me being impolite. More than 3 wires??? There is a difference between connecting 3 wires and plugging in 8 sensors. 8 sensors were perfectly installed and correctly plugged into the sensor unit. However, only 3 colored wires came out of the sensor unit. The red wire was not properly connected. Simple mistake. Own it. Man up. No big deal, but you refused to accept any possibility of a mistake. You gave me no choice but to go elsewhere. Also, as I politely mentioned in your shop, "I'm ok, but many customers wouldn't be happy with the final bill being so much more than your initial quote." Almost exactly double the amount. Your quote was based on my particular accessory and vehicle. You never complained about anything up front. You could have said no. 3 other shops did. The receipt actually shows the initial quote vs final payment. Potential customers want someone who is willing to be held accountable and take ownership. You did not even check to see if everything was functioning before telling me my car was ready. Furthermore, you called and said my car was ready for pickup. I arrived and had to wait almost 45 minutes. My Reply to Paragraph # 2 of Owner’s Response Below: Thursday Nov 20 – In-person quote obtained. Friday Nov 21 – Called, Confirmed quote, Scheduled appointment. Monday Nov 24 – Dropped off car; Install completed; Picked up car. Tuesday Nov 25 – Returned to CC; Issue explained and was told to return the following morning at 9. Wednesday Nov 26 – Returned 9 am; Owner said my accessory was cheap and nothing on my car was checked. I had no choice but to leave and find someone else. Thursday Nov 27 – Happy Thanksgiving Friday Nov 28 – Black Friday Shopping Saturday Nov 29 – Car was taken to a different installer; Issue was located without instructions and shown to me. Simple problem was fixed. Red wire had to be connected to the brake light wire. CC refused to acknowledge the possibility of any mistake on their part, because they said my part was, “CHEAP.” The owner posted libelous words, claiming that I was rude and difficult to work with. My challenge to CC — to post all the video footage they have of me — still stands. I’m the guy with the arm in a sling. CC states they would have, "gladly repaired anything that needed fixing." I must be the one exception. They reinstalled my front bumper and did not even use all of the Push Pin Rivets to secure it. Shoddy work. Don't worry CC, I'll get that fixed so the vibrating sound while driving hopefully stops. I was going to leave this out, but we had to tidy up the inside of the car after picking it up.

Our experience with Car Concepts was phenomenal! We needed to install a new stereo and GPS into a slightly older car we use for transportation for Ukrainian Refugee families. I thought it was going to be a challenging project and needed it done right, so I wanted to take it to a professional to get their opinion on possible solutions. Max, one of their managers, was outstanding to work with. He personally looked at the car and gave us some options on stereos that he thought would work best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and you could tell he really cared about getting the best possible result for us. They were very accommodating on finding a day and time that worked for us to bring the car in to have everything installed. Max kept us informed at every step of the process and they had everything done in less than a day. The result could not have turned out better! The stereo looks great, sounds great, and has been really helpful to the families who use it. And their pricing was incredibly fair. So glad we took it to actual professionals who do great work and care about helping people in the community. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Max and Car Concepts!
