Dylan... Did an amazing job diagnosing the issue with my heater. He took his time, was diligent and did not rush trying to find the issue. He was very knowledgeable and comprehebsible in his explanation to someone who knows nothing electrical related. Because of this experience, I will be using Carini to replace my whole heating unit.

Gabe, Fadi and their crew removed our 50+ year old furnace and installed a new mini split heat pump purring the main unit up in our attic and the fan beside our house. The entire Carini team were polite, respectful and very hard and focused workers, I highly recommend Carini Home Services for all of your Heating, Air & Plumbing needs. Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Called Carini at 5:30 in the morning, we have our new part and are warm again! Dylan even recommended an inexpensive fix for a part that ASI dumped on us to get it working again. You guys are amazing!

As someone with high standards, I was thoroughly impressed. I’m particular about workmanship, and this team delivered. The team was professional, meticulous, and exceeded all expectations during the mini split installation. The unit was perfectly aligned and installed seamlessly, clearly done with precision and pride. They arrived on time, protected the work area with care, and left everything spotless. The system was up and running quickly, and they took the time to walk me through how it worked. Exceptional service from start to finish. Carini charged me $1k for a ten year warranty. I guess I get the privilege of scheduling (not at my convenience) a $98 warranty check up. Little did I know when Carini installed my system ($15k in 2021) that the air conditioners would need periodic sterilization of mold and dust at $500 per unit. The tech they sent was competent and communicative. He explained the process fully and intelligently. I was not happy with the mess left behind after the work. You would think that after $1100 I spent, the floors and surrounding furnishings would be at least clean?!
