Recently had our first bad experience with this vet. A brand new employee(I've never seen her there before) had a bad attitude with us and was constantly mumbling and berating us under her breath about us not having diagnostics performed at another emergency vet a couple days prior. This is not acceptable behavior in any professional setting, especially when I'm using my dollar to support the business that is employing you. Please, better train your employees to keep their hostility and personal opinions to themselves... Or if they want to keep it unprofessional and have something to say, they're more than welcome to pay the 4x markup for emergency vet services for me *sarcasm*(I can do it too, see how bad it looks?)

I've been going to this place for all my veterinary needs since 2011. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about this vet. They've treated my animals with the utmost respect and love them like their own. Everyone is very friendly and will do whatever is needed to make sure your animal can be cared for in a low stress environment. Treats are awesome as well.

Kat and Kiera are the best!!! I love seeing them at the vets and I know my pets are very comfortable around them. The veterinarians are also great!!! ♥️🐕♥️ ♥️🐈⬛♥️

Very friendly staff and they even have some Saturday hours. I usually get my dogs allergy prescription filled the same day if I call early and it's competitive pricing. The parking is small but there is some in back. I've also had to park next door at the thrift store. My daughter found them and recommended them. I recommend them too.

💕 It was my first time having a pet cremated and I'm sure glad I did. Also LOVED the staff!!! They all were very nice, respectful, and understanding of my very special, loving, sweetest, chillest 🐈 ever! Momma misses and loves you Tito (Mommas Meow Meow). You will always be remembered and loved forever hearts 💕
