I have had the pleasure or misfortune of needing Carstar twice now. I will say without any question I will come back to them. The staff ( Mono was my service advisor ) are by far the best. The shop is quick and you will never know you vehicle was in an accident. Hands down 5 stars

Thank you for the great service to the crew at Carstar! I had some other problems going on in my life, and I didn't make it any easier for the staff. But they are extremely eager to provide the best customer service possible. There were a few problems on both sides but they work very hard at making things right and actually listen to the customers. Thank you for taking care of me so well! Rebecca was the associate that helped me, thank you again Rebecca!

I have personally been to several collision repair shops and I can say that CARSTAR will forever have my business. Their facility was inviting, clean and comfortable, I never had to wait long, the staff is kind, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Their facility craftsmanship of their employees was exemplary. The job was completed exactly when they said it would be and they had great communication skills. I never had to wonder what was going on, I was updated every step of the way! They even took my rental back for me and washed my vehicle! I dealt primarily with Mono but had the privilege to also deal with Rebecca. Both were fantastic! Even the other employees, which I don’t know by name, would smile and greet us with kindness and professionalism. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. I will never take my business anywhere else…EVER! Thank you CARSTAR for the most incredible and outstanding experience! Please see the before and after!

I had an accident a month ago and was referred to this place. It exceeded my expectations! Thanks to Mono, he had guided me in-depth through the process of what they were going to do and what the choices are. Their customer service is excellent, they will call you multiple times and make sure everything is firm before they can start the repairing process. The repair process was actually quick and was finished a day before expected date! Very satisfied with the results and the whole service! Would recommend!!

Rebecca is the ideal customer service associate. She was responsive, communicative and efficient. My car was done 4 days ahead of schedule which was a Christmas miracle. The car looks great and I appreciate the detail of the interior. 10/10 all the way around. Happy holidays!
