Been bowling league here for 6yrs. Extremely saddened by how the new owners have been running this place since they took over last year. League starts late every week, lane breakdowns delay bowling constantly, seen bowling balls chewed up by the machine more often than normal, & tonight 2 teams couldn’t even bowl because of pre-know broken lanes without notice. Clearly the community is noticing this decline, normally after league on a Friday night there would be a line of people waiting to neon bowl, that’s been missing. Do better, I would hate to see a bowling alley I used to love shut down.
love this place with all my heart but after adding the asian restaurant just wasn’t a fun place to hang anymore i remember getting cheese fries with milkshakes early mornings they served breakfast etc nobody wants to order a burger or pizza from an asian place bring back the real reds center cafe
I haven't been here in a long while, and I don't think I'll be coming back. We reserved time & space at the bowling center for neon bowling. Naturally, they charge a premium for afternoon/evening bowling, and the whole reason we were there was for that event. However, the neon was apparently not operating. No refunds, even partial, were offered. The lane we were at repeatedly had mechanical difficulties. There were definitely better options to spend my money for an outing with my family.
Due to a deadly allergen at the bowling alley, we needed to cancel a reservation without any option of a refund. In an already restricted world, a newly discovered restriction was made worse by how they refused to work with us in any way. Zero customer service in this situation.
My husband called to set a up a reservation for a kids birthday party and the man on the other end of the phone informed us that they no longer do reservations. Ok so day of we get there and we are informed that they only do web reservations. Ok well thanks for the communication, so we pay get set up and the man once again informed me that I can not have food or drink for my son's birthday party without a $200+ BIRTHDAY RESERVATION. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! We tried to set up a reservation and was denied, we tried to have our party and was denied. This is the LAST time I will bo here. Thank you for ruining my son's birthday party "new management"! >:(
