So, I have despised and have had intense fear of dentists my whole life. Mostly because I never developed proper and basic dental hygiene. I’ve always thought I was a lost cause. Dental offices were always so judgmental and condescending to me. But now! I found Center City Dental. Dr. Song and her entire office are seriously a dentistphobic’s dream. I have been going here about a year and a half. Just because a crown fell out I needed someone quick. Not once have I ever felt judged or looked down upon. Instead, I have never been more motivated and, dare I say, even excited about dental care. I even ended up getting invisalign (not because I was pressured but because I was finally taking pride in my smile). My smile is now pretty awesome! Everyone is amazing from the front office to the hygienist and every other person Ive interacted with. Gianna, the office manager, and her front desk staff are so amazingly welcoming. I’m not even through the door and I’m greeted and checked in. They always greet me by my name without me reminding them. Melissa, my hygienist, has motivated me beyond any dental person ever. She remembers things I told her months ago. She encouraged me to overcome my challenges instead of making me feel bad about them. I’ve gone from like 4 teeth cleanings in 30 years to 1 every six months. They’re so quick and painless now. I actually look forward to it! Then there’s Jont’a…the assistant…the one that makes me not afraid to sit in that chair. She makes every visit fun. Great conversation. Puts me right at ease. She doesn’t even get frustrated (outwardly) at my uncanny ability to not take simple X-rays or have five things in my mouth at once. Finally, the mastermind, Dr.Song is the most calming, understanding, and well articulated dentist ever. She has a way of explaining your options that helps you make the best decision for you. Your comfort level. Your wallet. It’s not so much about what’s best for the practice. I mean it might be…but I’ve never felt that way. I tell you..I’ve never felt more comfortable with a dental office. (Never thought I’d say that) I am so grateful I found them. I’m beyond pleased with where I am at now. And most importantly, I’m ecstatic about the compliments I get now every day. Thank you Dr. Song and team!!!!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Wendy Song and her assistant, Jont'a! They were both amazing—so pleasant, caring, and friendly throughout my entire visit. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate the care they provided and would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAMMMMMMM... I went into the office to get 2 tooth gems removed. The person that examined me told me that I needed to get an xray. I told him I just got an x ray literally 2 days before from my usual dentist office ( My usual dentist don't remove tooth gems) . I said, "can't you call and get my records?" He said, "yes but I'll take a few days, but we can just do it for FREE here, so you don't have to come back". I ASKED HIM 3 SEPARATE TIMES "WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE X-RAY? AND HE SAID NO YOU WILL NOT! He did my xray and then another person came in and told me it was going to be over $200 to remove some tooth gems. That's ridiculously expensive. I said "never mind", and left. I STILL HAVE THE TOOTH GEMS ON!!! YALL DID NOTHING.. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! A month letter I get a $638 bill in the mail. I will be reporting them to the BBB and contacting the District Attorney and Secretary of State if this bill isn't removed in the next 7 days.

Great experience with Dr. Song and her team. She made sure to set the tone for the room, play my choice of music and go through the procedure/cleanings with no pain. All the staff is nice and personable. Highly recommend.

In June, I scheduled a deep cleaning appointment but was informed that the earliest would be August. While initially disappointed, I decided to wait due to the knowledgeable and welcoming demeanor of all the employees. Fortunately, I am pleased that I waited. During my deep cleaning appointment in August, my dentist, Melissa, performed an exceptional job. Despite my initial apprehension, she effectively calmed me down with her patient and relaxed demeanor. Unfortunately, I missed my second appointment like a dumb ass and was advised that I had to wait until December. However, Melissa placed me on a “call if canceled” list or something like that.. anyways I’m back Today, September 9 , I returned for my appointment and I am eager to proceed. I have noticed a significant difference between my pre- and post-deep cleaning experiences, and I am grateful to Melissa for her exceptional work.
