I brought my car in for an alignment issue, and the manager Ramon and his crew discovered an even larger problem. As a result he may have ended up going above and beyond in terms of identifying and helping me solve a larger issue more than any other shop has, and I am grateful for his insight and expertise. Throughout my repairs I was kept informed, timelines were met, and expectations were managed. Ramon and his team are professional and do excellent work. I highly recommend Centerline Auto for your frame and suspension needs.

100% honest review. I bring all my cars here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m a car guy and pretty picky about who works on my vehicles, especially my classics and performance cars, and these guys always do a great job. They’re honest about what you actually need, the work is done right, and the turnaround time is solid. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, but this shop has earned it. I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, straightforward service.

I had a fantastic experience at this tire center. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain my options without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was quick — they got my tires replaced and balanced in no time — and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The prices were very fair, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this place has definitely earned my business from now on. Highly recommend to anyone needing tires or car service done right the first time!

Took my vehicle here about a year ago and got great service so I decided to take it here again. Talk about night & day! I needed to have two sensors replaced, & charged me $355 bucks. Took it & they fixed it, or so I thought. My check engine light came back the very next day for the same reason. Took it back so they could fix it properly, and got a totally different attitude. To start, they wanted me to pay $150 an hour for them to figure out what they did to it. When I said no way they said they would "check out their work". Then parked it on the side of the building, and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. When I got in my car , I noticed the dashboard panel under the steering wheel had been broken, and they never mentioned it to me. Never going back here but I do plan on filing a complaint with Bureau of Automotive Repair! 7/17/2025: UPDATE: Received a call from the owner of Centerline Auto Center, (Aaron) who asked me about my review. He said for me to come in this week so he could “make it right” ! Well, I’ve been in twice this week and both times he has not been there. This is not how you make it right. So now we know that you can’t trust that the work is done right, nor can you believe what they say! All I can say about this experience is, thank GOD for, AUBURN AUTO SERVICE!! They corrected everything that Centerline didn’t do, and they give you a 12 month/12000 mile warranty on parts & labor!! I'm only giving centerline 1 star because I have to give them at least one.
