I went to pick up my that was towed, the person who helped me was very annoying, after he took my payment said let’s go down stairs to get my car, when we got downstairs he said you have to wait one hour cause I have to take my lunch, to come back in an hour, I said I can not come back, and why you didn’t tell me this before you took my payment, then he went to move cars around and got my car and parked it outside on the street and left, very very bad service, rude customer service
Central Valley is an amazing company. They volunteer their services and time for the California Fair helping people with handy cap access around the fair & help with jump starting cars with dead batteries. This year Central Valley hosted Gratitude In Motion (a non-profit) to help prepare 100 sack lunches to be searched to the un-housed around Sacramento. After the event Central Valley hosted a volunteer appreciation dinner serving the volunteers to show their appreciation for serving the community.
Huge shout out to Central Valley towing. I’m the executive director of a small nonprofit teen center and had a problem with an inoperable vehicle. Super grateful to Eric Foster, Herry and Salvador for going the extra mile and going above and beyond! Thanks again Central Valley Towing!
Every time I’ve had to encounter Central Valley tow, their drivers always turn it around and make it a pleasant experience. The drivers and their trucks are always extremely neat and clean, not the cliche greasy trucks with questionable drivers. Sal is so funny and sweet, he deserves 100 stars ⭐️ Thank you Central Valley for being the best in Sac!
This company is amazing. And has amazing serivce. Would 100% use again. Only place I suggest using. Me n my friends use them all the time. And my mom using them for towing her large trailer
